I get if menu items are not available. But to say we can't get hot coffee because you do not have LIDS is absolutely unacceptable. Come on, Dunkin.

This store sucks. The employees consistently screw up the drinks, don’t care and the customer service is awful. I visited on a Sunday morning and there were about 7 cars in the drive thru and about the same customer count inside. There were at least 4 people working, but they refused to take customer orders and kept pushing customers to use a digital kiosk which was not going over well. There were multiple customers inside getting refunds because their orders had been screwed up or the coffee tasted awful. I ordered a plain and mocha latte to go and both were disgusting. The mocha had no chocolate and both were extremely bitter and we just tossed them. Didn’t even go in to get a refund because that would have taken another 10+ mins. Something needs to be done about this location as it is not up to the usual standards.

As a former employee and quit bc that place is disgusting there was only two workers that actually cleaned which was me and one other worker they got roaches now and everything it’s gotten mold in places and gunk everywhere 🤢🤮

This location is a mixed bag. Coffee is usually good but I don't recommend any matcha drinks. They are usually white with a green tint implying there was very little matcha added. An observation that was further confirmed by the taste. Quality of service has also been inconsistent.

The coffee was wonderful. I spoke to one of the workers and let them know one of the restrooms had a problem, and she acted unconcerned and did not go check it out. they needed to put a sign on the door because it was out of service, and she didn't seem to be worried about it. She said they knew, and they were coming the next day to fix it. Not marked in any way.

We were at the Dahlonega branch around 1 pm and were the only customers inside. There were 3 staff members working the drive thru and restaurant. We waited at the register for about 3-4 minutes while no one even acknowledged we were there. They were busy making drinks, etc. We finally used the kiosk to order after no response. We finally got the drinks and sandwich but I had to wait at the counter for several minutes waiting on someone to ask what the issue was. They didn’t. I finally had to interrupt and ask for the donuts we ordered. They were surprised we had donuts and had to dig through the receipts to find it. We finally got everything. This is the first time I’ve been there where no one would even look at us to acknowledge we were there. Not sure I want to go back.
Female manager left food on the only low top table that had outlets, and screamed at us to use a different table and have some respect when we tried to move the food that looked like trash, as it was a balled up wrapper. Other employee apologized, but my boyfriend and I were very confused by the hostility.

Multiple flies sitting on donuts, one dead fly inside the glass. When we almost ordered and had to cancel because of the flies and informed the manager lady she took offense. Ordered mini bagels and were uncooked pathetic to see the sorry state of this Dunkin ,the manager said" go complain to owners. " Unhygienic and totally irresponsible attitude. Hope Dunkin takes note before the Health department shuts this down.

Unless you're eating doughnuts before eight a.m Realize they're old and dried up. Coffee is good, that's about it. Ingles bakery makes better doughnuts. Oh, the new car wash is noisy when ordering in D/T. Moe's pulled outta there, so, this business is declining.
