This Dunkin’ is absolutely insane. she was very rude in the drive-through window and didn’t even make the drinks correctly. she also didn’t give back our change. She just walked away. Our drinks didn’t even have mocha in them like they were supposed to. they also already had the ovens turned off at 7 o’clock because they were deep cleaning, which is weird for most restaurants. she also had headphones in at the window.

We love Dunkin. But the lady working yesterday was…. Bothered. I guess that’s the word. She was very cold and short. She def didn’t want to be there. I felt like I was unconvincing her by ordering a drink. It was horrible, by the way.
This place is consistently just not good. If I have to go through Dahlonega, and choose to go to this Dunkin, I have to prepare myself to correct something on the order. They’ve given me uncooked (frozen) food, burnt food, and they’ve forgotten to give me cream, sugar, and vanilla in a vanilla ice coffee…sometimes all at once lmao. It’s not just personal experience either, everyone I know knows that your order will 95% of the time be messed up here. I would save yourself the time and effort and go to a different coffee shop.

Every time I order a caramel craze iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and light ice it always taste like pure milk it is never good they show you on your coffee it is never to the top when you spent eight dollars on a coffee they never put the cinnamon on top and they never put the extra shot in there so basically you’re paying for nothing it’s the worst Duncan I have ever went to
