Every time I order a caramel craze iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and light ice it always taste like pure milk it is never good they show you on your coffee it is never to the top when you spent eight dollars on a coffee they never put the cinnamon on top and they never put the extra shot in there so basically you’re paying for nothing it’s the worst Duncan I have ever went to

Like what others said in the reviews, it is truly a hit or miss with this Dunkin when it comes to getting your order correct. I've tried to give this place multiple chances considering I just want some affordable coffee. However, no matter if you're ordering mobile or drive through, these people can't seem to get an order right. Experience today, I ordered the $6 meal deal, instead of the yellow American cheese, I told them to put the white cheddar cheese instead. Not only did my coffee taste so bland....they still put the yellow American cheese on my croissant . If they didn't have the cheese, they could've just said so, but nothing was said to me. Didn't find out until I drove off and looked at the pathetic sandwich they gave me. Don't think I'm coming back, just gonna start going to one of the local coffee shops or just take the trip to the other newly built one 🤷🏽♀️. Please hire competent people...it's not that hard.

This location is really inconsistent. Sometimes you get lucky but most of the time they barely mix drinks and they don’t seem to know how to make some of the specialty drinks. If you get a shaken espresso from here they will not shake it, they just stir it, which defeats the purpose of even having that drink on the menu.

This location really just depends on if you’re lucky or not that day. Some days the coffee here is amazing but most days it’s really awful… even after asking for a drink to be remade it will still be incorrect. It’ll have me driving all the way to Dawsonville instead of even trying this location. Do better.
Edited because I gave them another chance and just like most times.. my latte is just milk and syrup no espresso… I won’t be back

Been going to this dunkin for years! The attitude I received this morning was absurd! I asked if you could substitute a drink in the $5 meal they have promoted the lady rudely told me no so then I proceed to order the drink I originally wanted which is another promoted drink I just wanted extra pumps of the brown sugar and she told me they couldn’t modify the drink in any way when they’ve been doing it for the past 3 days. I guess there’s one in every bunch that won’t satisfy a customer. However I left and came to another dunkin and magically they are able to add extra pumps!
This is the best Dunkin ever!!! The employees were hustling, friendly, polite and working hard! #1 Dunkin in all my travels. Thank you to all of you you are doing a great job!

this location sucks. came around the drive thru at about 7:50 and ordered myself a butter pecan iced latte. and tried to order myself boyfriend a peppermint mocha signature latte since it was still displayed both on the app and on the menu at the drive thru. well, the peppermint mocha was not available, no biggie. i get a french vanilla latte instead. once i get my drinks i tried my butter pecan latte, usually it tastes amazing at other locations. i’m not too sure what went wrong at this one, but it tastes so bitter, like they didn’t add any of the butter pecan flavoring. and somehow it tastes already watered down even though i started drinking it not even 3 minutes after i received it. the french vanilla latte just tastes like milk with the smallest amount of espresso and no flavoring. its straight up white. please save your time and just go to starbucks or something, or a local coffee shop.

I get if menu items are not available. But to say we can't get hot coffee because you do not have LIDS is absolutely unacceptable. Come on, Dunkin.

This store sucks. The employees consistently screw up the drinks, don’t care and the customer service is awful. I visited on a Sunday morning and there were about 7 cars in the drive thru and about the same customer count inside. There were at least 4 people working, but they refused to take customer orders and kept pushing customers to use a digital kiosk which was not going over well. There were multiple customers inside getting refunds because their orders had been screwed up or the coffee tasted awful. I ordered a plain and mocha latte to go and both were disgusting. The mocha had no chocolate and both were extremely bitter and we just tossed them. Didn’t even go in to get a refund because that would have taken another 10+ mins. Something needs to be done about this location as it is not up to the usual standards.

As a former employee and quit bc that place is disgusting there was only two workers that actually cleaned which was me and one other worker they got roaches now and everything it’s gotten mold in places and gunk everywhere 🤢🤮
