What a fantastic pizza while getting of a view of the Hallmark town square. At 5:30 on a Friday there was a 30min wait but once inside the service and food was fast. The cheese rolls were phenomenal and the Noah's Ark pizza was so good!!!

Pizza looked fantastic! Unfortunately they do not offer gluten free so couldn't eat there. Bar service sucked. Took forever to even get his attention!

Worst place I’ve ever been to, had to watch the bartender play on his phone while I waited 30 mins for a drink. The crust on the pizza was flat and burnt. Never go here ever. 🤢🤮

The service was slow,our waitress was almost non existent after we ordered. I had to go to the bar to get my water refilled to was down the dry pizza crust.We ordered the Kitchen Sink Pizza. The toppings were ok but the crust was dry and tasteless. Our bill was wrong and then a 20% gratutuity was automatically added for service that didn't warrant it.
The worst was the bar staff overheard a conversation my husband was having with another table that was part of our group of friends and after he ordered a beer and paid for it @ the bar that he was cut off when he tried to order another beer with our food order.He was not intoxicated and both he and I tried to explain the story they overheard was from a cruise we had been on 3 years earlier.Then we asked to speak with a manager to explain the story and he took a very defensive position with us and claimed because he came into the restaurant with an empty beer bottle from a bar down the street that he asked the hostess @ the front door if it was ok to enter and was told it was ok and witnessed by our friends with us. The manager accused my husband of lying stating none of his hostesses would have allowed him to walk in with the beer bottle. This was after he gave the empty bottle to the bartender and ordered a beer from her and paid for it while our party was getting seated and settled in to order dinner.
The whole experience was horrible and the puffed up attitude of the manager and staff just made it worse. I have never witnessed such unprofessional service and attitudes from a restaurant.
If you are expecting a good food and a good time out with family and friends don't go here!
We were there to celebrate a birthday and engagement which had been perfect until we went into that restaurant.
Also we had called ahead of time to inquire about if they used any peanut products in their food and was told no and they used canola oil and then when trying to order was told no they use peanut oil.
We had a member in our party who has a severe peanut allergy and didn't want to take the risk.
He had to leave as did my husband after the incident about ordering the beer because he was upset and embarrassed and didn't want to cause a seen and ruin our daughters birthday and engagement. We were a party of 14 with all adults.
I was also told that our waitress felt uncomfortable to come to our table after the incident with my husband but had no problem adding her 20% gratuity to our bill. I was also told that it was a restaurant thing and had nothing to do with her.
She and her colleagues stood in the kitchen doorway staring @ us and talking about us after the incident after my husband cancelled his food order and left the restaurant and waited outside with our other friend who had to leave because of his food allergy. All in all the restaurant and staff sucked!
FYI, when we talked to other locals we told your establishment was one of the worst restaurants in town.
By the way you did call the police on our friend who paid his bill but refused to tip our crappy waitress.
The police came and told you thst as long as he paid his bill that you could not force him to pay a tip.
He even told to call the police if you pushed the issue.
And as far as the liar in the whole scenario, that would be you sir, as I use that term loosely.
My husband was not intoxicated after one bottle of beer he bought @ another bar there off the town square where a sheriff's deputy watched him sit and drink on the town square as we were getting pictures after my daughter's proposal.
You can spin this story however you like but the truth lies with me, my husband and the other 12 people that were with us.
Also no one ever cussed out the waitress,only refusing to tip her for terrible service
We were made to feel just as uncomfortable.
Just know this we nor anyone we know will ever visit your establishment again.

I was really disappointed with our experience at Gustavo’s. Walking in the pizza smelled great and I was really looking forward to trying the pizza. We ordered drinks and waited. The waitress forgot my husbands beer and he had to ask her to bring it for him and she didn’t even act like she remembered that he had ordered it or sorry for forgetting it. Then our pizza came. It was one of the worst pizzas Ive ever had. The crust was so dry and tasteless that I couldn’t eat it. I always finish my crust. It is sometimes my favorite part of the pizza. But this was terrible. Like a dried out old tortilla. Never again. And the waitress never came back to our table to see if we needed refills on our drinks or anything. Just overall a bad experience.

One of the best experiences i’ve ever had. Was immediately greeted by the hostess and found a spot at the bar. The bartender Joey was amazing and the service was reflected. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming into town. The plus is such an amazing location on the square that you can see all of the Christmas lights!

I had the big salad. They should be ashamed of the croutons. They were inundated with stale oil. The Stromboli was so undercooked my husband thought it was cheese when it was hot. Not what it used to be!

A nice place to eat when in Dahlonega downtown. Friendly staff and good food.
The place might get crowded when there are festivals in town like the gold rush parade. Better book a table at the reception since it might take half to one hour to get a table.

We used to eat here every time we came to Dahlonega, but it’s not the same. I ordered to go and waited at the bar. I requested a to go cup for my water, but they said they didn’t have any. When I got back to the hotel, I had no utensils for my pasta salad nor any napkins. The sandwich was not good in my opinion. The bread was too thick and hard and the bacon was undercooked. The waiter was very friendly but I was very disappointed with the food and preparation of the to go order.,

Food is delicious. Service was honestly terrible. Have never felt more rushed to leave a restaurant before, even though we sat an hour before posted close time. Used to be a favorite in Dahlonega, will look elsewhere next time.

Man we were do disappointed coming here. Party of 3 ordered 2 different calzones. The crust was awful. This is what they use for pizza crust? Idk but it wasn't good. It was so flat. This was the worst calzoe anyone of us ever had. It was so dry on the outside and just gross. Cups smelled dirty. We gave it a try, but never again. The people working just didn't seem like they cared to be here.
