The young men that helped me were so sweet and went above and beyond. I got a raspberry truffle and lemon crème. Both a little too sweet and artificial but chocolate is chocolate.

This was hands down the best ice cream I have ever had!!! Most things don’t get three exclamation marks but this does. Bow was honestly what made it that special he connected so well and even went far enough to learn my name, he even get when we accidentally spilled some. Thank you so much bow for this amazing experience

Generous scoops. My family liked it. $7 per a scoop does seem excessive though. Like I said, the scoop was big. Made the price a little less painful. They do offer a Military Discount. That counts for something. These 2 positive bumped them from 3 to 4 ⭐️s
Abel was an incredible salesman! He is extremely friendly and personable! If I could put him into my pocket, I would. Please promote this man to Supervisor and give him a raise. He made our first time experience there memorable! I'm ready to come back everyday to see him and have that same experience!
The chocolate came in a variety of fruit flavors. The ice cream was dreamy. The staff was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming. It was overall, a very pleasant experience!
Expensive compared to others, but the cappuccino chip is worth it!

My daughter and I stopped by Kilwins for ice cream when we were visiting the area. The staff is friendly, the establishment is clean, and the ice cream was delicious. We will be sure to stop by when we come back to the area.
We were in town visiting and they saw us coming as they closed, and they opened the door, and waved us over and told us to come in even though it was a few minutes after closing. They were all super nice, and everything was amazing! This is the ice cream and candy shop you wanna go to! Something for everyone
