Just stopped in for a little treat. The confections were nicely prepared. The staff was always keeping the place tidy.One suggestion is to train staff in dealing with customers that monopolize the attention of the employees when there is a long line waiting.

The staff was really good. The place was great. We were trying to figure out what we wanted. Group of 3 trying to get 4 ice creams. Then people came in behind us and started crowding. You couldn't get to any ice cream behind you and just got alot of "huffs" for trying to read the flavors. Asking for a sample was like telling the group behind us the store closed or something. Impatient people completely ruined our first visit. $40 for ice cream give me 5 minutes to figure out a flavor on my first time!!Parking: 3 hour parking from 8am to 5pm with 2 handicap spotsWheelchair accessibility: Most places around the square are wheelchair accessible but do have a serious hump going in the door and getting to the ramps can be difficult
The owners here were amazing! We were on a field trip and they took very good care of all of our students. Thank you for being very pleasant.

Absolutely amazing! The ice cream and chocolate were amazing (probably some of the best I’ve ever had). The employees were probably the best part. Everyone was friendly. It felt like a home instead of a business! Absolutely incredible! 10/10 would recommend for anybody in the area or passing by. I really hope we come back to this place again!

I have been to many Kilwins locations but nothing like this one, their service sets this place in a whole other level! No matter how busy they are they have time to greet you, smile, be nice, fun and even explain you how they prepare things! We enjoyed all the products we bought (ice cream, fudge, chocolate and marshmallows) but the experience of being at the store was the best part! The guy making the waffle cones took the time to explain my son how to make it step by step and answer all his questions and gave him a taste of a freshly made one! A must stop when visiting Dahlonega, GA!

I took my family to Dahlonega most recently to see the Christmas lights. My son pointed to Kilwins and asked if we can get some ice cream. Walking into Kilwins an employee named Mason said hey. He showed my son how to make fudge and then offered a piece to my son. Mason instantly made my experience there amazing and I ended up not only getting ice cream but a lot of fudge. So if you’re ever near Dahlonega, swing by and get some fudge!
