Our family of four ate at the public house. Our entire experience was great ! The food and service was excellent! We will be going back very soon!

We arrived at 7:30 on a Thursday night, and being from out of town we had no preconceived notions about the restaurant. There was a lively and loud karaoke session on the patio which flowed indoors, each time the patio door was opened by servers or patrons. The dining room was decorated for Halloweenand had a pub-like atmosphere. The serving staff was very nice and attentive. The first draw back was that our salads arrived after our entrees. Besides salads were very large almost a meal in themselves. My husband ordered the meat loaf which he said was good but tasted like it had been frozen and the slices were thinner than one normally sees in meatloaf. I got the French dip sandwich which I would definitely not recommend to anyone. The meat tasted off.

If you are looking for a fun place to have a drink and karaoke with the locals, the Public House is for you. If you go for the food,don't get the entrees I mentioned here.

We ate here the other day for a late lunch. We had the best soup I have ever eaten, Pumpkin soup with a side of cinnamon toast. The cook came out and told us how she made the soup. We enjoyed visiting with her. Our server Wolf (hope I spelled that right) was great and all our food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Public House is JUST what Dahlonega needed. The atmosphere is great, the service is always wonderful, and the food tastes amazing! Kaitlin has been our bartender and server several times and she is always top notch!! I definitely recommend Public House to any local or anyone passing through Dahlonega!

Had a great time with family and music bingo - wings , hamburger, salmon, and tenders were wonderful . Our server Abriana was energetic and friendly and was detailed oriented with our food order . Will be back .
