Adam at the reservation desk called me when I canceled my reservation that I booked through Expedia. He wanted to make sure that we really did mean to cancel our reservation. We told him yes we did. He just wanted to make sure that it wasn't an accident. He didn't have to do that for us. We love the Smith House and it is literally in downtown Dahlonaga and their restaraunt is delicious! Pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice and clean (a little on the small side). The location is perfect, it's right downtown and the city has done a very good job of making things walkable. There's plenty to see and do.
This hotel looks like brand new. The interior and rooms look like they were recently built. The grounds and tidy and super clean, and the staff is very friendly. Overall a beautiful place right next to the downtown area. Highly recommend it.
