College campus Starbucks, so staffed by students. So expectations not that high. But service was particularly poor, especially at the point of sale. Cashier was more interested in her phone than taking my order and was annoyed when I wasn’t finished with order after initial item.

There’s always something with this location. Either the debit/credit cards are down or nitro is out. Most food items are always out online but available in store. Staff could be friendly could not be. Depends on the day or mood. Seriously it’s almost worth it to drive to Dawsonville. Kinda wish corporate would do something about it.

Ordered online so it would be ready when I got there. I ordered 10 mins before I arrived. And 20 mins before I actually got my 1 food item, all they do is microwave it so it took the person 20 mins to even think to pop it into the microwave....

With a common entrance to the UNG Dahlonega bookstore, I was expecting it to be busy with the school year spinning up. But on a Sunday morning, it was reasonably quiet. And just as well as the two baristas were having trouble keeping up with the flow. While I sat with my coffee and laptop, I watched the queue grow by 7 or 8 folks. And that's without a drivethrough!Comfortable seating, good wifi and my coffee was decent. Inside and outside seating. And unlike the other coffee shop I visited this morning, I didn't feel like I was "taking up" a table for 90 minutes with my laptop.Parking: Street parking in front was available on Sunday morning.

I went in the store and ask if I could use the bathroom and the young man that was working there laughed right in my face over me asking to use the bathroom. The two ladies was very nice and pointed me in the right direction and then I bought my coffee and left. I didn’t know it was a problem to use the restrooms in Starbucks ??♀️

I went to this location to get a free refill after my first purchase which was displayed on the app. I ordered a vanilla iced latte which is also an “iced coffee” I went up to get my refill and I was told that the deal was only for iced teas or hot coffees when it clearly states iced coffee as well. I even read it out to the guy and allowed the guy to read it himself. He gave me attitude after I had shown him.
