When I walked up to the counter to place my order the two employees didn't even acknowledge me as they were too busy talking about people they didn't like. I finally just said what I wanted to order as they just stood there looking at me with blank stares like I interrupted their important conversation and did not say one word to me throughout the whole transaction. These employees are very unprofessional and should not have a job in customer service. This was my first and last time going to this location.

Quite possibly the worst subway i ever went to. I have multiple horrible experiences at this place and it keeps getting worst. Flies flying all over the place. Meat and vegetable left open with insects flying all over. Always understaffed. The staff that do bother to show up have an horrible attitude and could care less about their work. There are two other Subways in Lumpkin county. They are much better than this place.

my sister ordered a chicken bacon ranch on italian and got whole wheat bread. then she wanted cucumbers and plainly said she wanted them and the girl tried to put spinach on it 4 times and then yelled at my sister and said she needed to speak up. and then when she went to check out the girl threw the food at her. that’s uncalled for and ridiculous! do better!

The best Subway I've been too. We're on a trip from Nova Scotia, Canada and have had lunch here twice now deliberately coming back to the area to eat.The employees are very friendly and accomodating. The food is fresh and plentiful and the sitting area is clean and comfortable. Well done!

Was walking by with my sister today and the manager (small lady wrinkly) was literally screaming at this young girl- so much so that the girl was crying and a young man was defending her. I’m not sure if they knew each other but I stopped and waited for it to be over and learned she had come in to ask about a job and the lady was screaming at her because she had apparently missed an interview before. Regardless- that’s no way to talk to someone in a public place.

Although I’ve had trouble with DoorDash in the past forgetting cookies, this time was a lot better. The sandwich was a little light on the meat for a foot long, but it was a good and fresh sandwich and they remembered to pack my chips. Whenever I go in to this store while shopping at Walmart, there’s always friendly ladies willing to help.
