We were in Dahlonega for a bachelorette party and decided to eat at the Station on our last night. It was such a great choice! Overall, the vibe was relaxed and sporty. I wish it had been a little more crowded honestly, but it was a holiday weekend, so most of the students were likely visiting home. The environment is likely more fun on a regular weekend. Clara was our server and was incredibly friendly and attentive. Whenever we asked for extra sauces or needed a refill on our drinks, she was on it in no time. I got the spicy margarita, which wasn't super spicy, so I asked for extra jalapeños the second time which made it absolutely perfect. We got pretzel bites for appetizers, and these hit the spot. They came with honey mustard and queso and were perfect for sharing. For my meal, I ordered the shrimp tacos with a side of fries. The fries were very unique, and I wish more places sold them like this. The shrimp was beautifully marinated and went well with the cotija cheese. My friends all liked their meals as well - the chicken was juicy, and the lettuce in the salads was clearly very fresh with no wilted leaves. At the end of our meal, Clara had already split our check so we didn't even need to ask! Great food, drinks, and service - I'll recommend The Station to any of my friends visiting Dahlonega.

Great place for lunch! I had the BBQ nachos with brisket, and they were stupidly good. The reuben and and firestix were also really good. We come to Dahlonega a few times a year and will make this a stop every time.

Sleek, industrial vibe inside with clean floors, tables and bathrooms, and I imagine that their outside dining is really fun when the weather's nice. The service was eh. Very slow and lack-luster. For only one or two other tables being occupied, it was surprising how slow it was to receive any of our orders. The fries, onion rings and brussel sprouts were good but SO salty, so the carafe of water left on our table for us to share was appreciated/necessary. Grilled chicken sandwich was a joke when the bun was peeled away to reveal a piece of chicken no larger than a tender with a paltry half slice of wiggly bacon on top. The kids cheeseburger was the best bite that I had. We were only in town for a short weekend trip so it's doubtful I'd be back, so my recommendation would be to go for a beer and an appetizer on the patio when the weather warms up.

May have been understaffed when we went for lunch during the week. Long wait for a table, long wait for food. Nachos ordered as an app never showed up, even after being told they were almost ready. Brisket melt was really good. Kids chicken fingers and fries were good. Kids burger was overcooked. Everything else was somewhat cold. No real consideration from the staff over the delays, which can usually make up for the problems.

service was fine but the food was subpar. ordered the nachos and they were cold and the chicken was completely unseasoned and the entire meal was very bland.

Visited Dahlonega on a Tuesday evening primarily to see the Christmas lights. The Square area was quite busy and had to park several blocks away. Was surprised to see the number of restaurants that were closed on a Tuesday evening. Found our way to the Station and all the tables were full so we sat up at the bar. Logan waited on us and was excellent. I had the shrimp tacos that were loaded with blackened shrimp. My wife had the beef tacos and those were amply loaded although thought the meat was a bit over cooked. All in all a very nice casual dinner.

My server was a girl names Madie. She was amazing, so attentive and always had a smile. She was very helpful with deciding what we wanted to eat and drink. Our food came out fast. Our drink were always full. If I come back to the station, I will ask to be put in her section.

If you are visiting Dahlonega read thisFirst and last time I’ll eat here. Kitchen was backed up . It took about 30 min to get a table and about 40 to 45 minutes to get the food and the only reason it didn’t take longer was because we said we would be leaving if the food wasn’t in the process to be cooked . The Nachos were the worst we have ever had. Not only looked bad but also they were cold,The chili was also cold , however the fish and chips were really good. The restaurant could have had a nice gesture and gave us a free round of beers but I guess they didn’t care.

We went for dinner this evening. It wasn’t that busy and there was no wait. The waitress was clearly not trained or new. Some tables were getting multiple rounds of drinks while our small table and others were barely getting drinks, let alone water. She took our order, but it was clear that the kitchen was a mess. It was taking way too long for food to be sent out to almost every table. Our food was 3 appetizers and 2 sandwiches and it took over an hour. We get it, it’s the holidays but this isn’t a new place to eat and this isn’t our first time with bad service here and the food was honestly horrible overpriced bar food. It’s too bad because we want to support our local businesses, but this isn’t how to run a restaurant.

Came here a couple days ago and the service was 10/10. The atmosphere is laid-back. The food is delicious and drinks are good! All bartenders/ servers are friendly. Our bartender Tomicia was amazing and had all of us entertained! Would come back.

Wait staff was excellent. Burger very good. Fish tacos was like an appetizer ( don't get if hungry). Ranch dressing was like a very thin soup - way watered down . Tried to reach out privately but no response.

The food is average bar food, not great but not bad. The best part was the service, the guy doing the hosting and tending the bar was awesome, I didn’t catch his name but he was everywhere helping everyone and all smiles. It’s also rare for people to acknowledge your children and my wife and I really appreciate that. I loved it, but others might not, they did allow dogs. We will definitely be back!

Server was pleasant and helpful. The food was horrible. Fries were soggy, grease laden, and tasted like they had been cooked in burnt grease. Walked by the kitchen to go to the ladies’ restroom and was able to see the kitchen. I have never seen a nastier kitchen ever. The floor was covered with food and trash. Will never go back there.
