Came in especially to try the new Carmel Frosty. Did NOT like it and asked for it to be replaced with a regular chocolate. This created two discussions and a manager who approved of switch. However, we were told they would only do it once because they would have to “eat the cost” of the disposed Carmel one. It should be a given that there will be customers who don’t like new products. Been there twice. I have worked at a Wendy’s before and let me tell you THIS Wendy’s food is substantially better. This is actually the only Wendy’s I’ll eat at. I couldn’t tell you about the service but I got the 4 for 4 twice and both times have been delicious, fresh and hot. I think that’s what we all look for in fast food, hot, minimal service, and FAST. They do a phenomenal job at all 3.
The food was correct and on the counter almost as soon as I paid for it. The building is clean, swept, and looks to be an overall good condition. The one bad thing I can say about this location is the guys in the back are cussing and somewhat loud. Does not create a family friendly environment. I get they are trying to make the best of their situation. Team mentality and all that. But jeez. Anyway 10/10 would come back. Food was fresh and correct, building clean, and the frosties...
