I don't understand why a food establishment charges their customers for condiments that go with the food they are paying you to prepare for them. It's probably the most annoying thing to me. I seriously consider handing them back the five meals I just purchased for a refund of almost $100... over two ranch and two zax sauces. It's crazy!

The line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building. It did move faster than expected. The ordering was easy. When we got our food is when it went downhill pretty quickly. We revived some sort of egg rolls or something in place of our large order of fries. The slaw in ones plate was just everywhere. Slaw covered french fries and chicken. Ewww. The fries had very little seasoning on them. Could hardly see it but definitely couldn't taste it. Just felt like they were rushing with zero cares as to if the order was correct or handled with care. That's someone meal. That they paid high prices for. Can't you act like it??

Lack luster food at best. Cold fries were not so fresh chicken with a soggy bun for my sandwich. Dirty tables over half of dining area. The staff were very young and not focused to include the interview happening next to us which mainly consisted of the fun times at the school and how the best work experience the candidate had was 2 days at McDonald's.

I feel that a lot of people (myself included) get spoiled by chick-fil-a’s efficient drive-thru line and you simply cannot find that anywhere else. This Zaxby’s, however, did a decent job at getting us through a long line fairly quickly. The woman taking orders was incredibly kind and patient despite the business and maintained an upbeat tone of voice. The woman at the window was less-friendly, but not quite rude. I ordered the new loaded chicken Parmesan fries and was pleasantly surprised by a fast-food version of one of my favorite dishes. The food was, as is typical, hot and fresh as well as maintaining the typical Zaxby’s flavor. The fries were a nice mix of crispy and flavorful.Dietary restrictions: Our child is allergic to dairy and this is one of the few places with fried chicken that does not use dairy in its batter.

I must say this is the best Zaxby’s in a 15 mile radius, 5 years+, HANDS DOWN! Employees are always on point, and mistakes are fixed above and beyond. I really wish they had more people that cared about their business like this Zaxby’s cares about there business.
