Pretty much the same as other Zaxby's locations. That's the beauty of franchised business model - you know what to expect. Service at this Zaxby's is better than most I've visited, and the location is pretty convenient to town, in my opinion.

Between Miss Sophie at the order station and the lovely Hispanic woman at the window, these ladies (and those in the back) had my food placed and out in less than 10 actual seconds after ordering! Hot and fresh!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU SOO MUCH to the staff that was working on 11/1/24 between 7-8p.m. You guys were so helpful and caring during such a busy time, this kind of customer service is what's missing in the world today. Backstory: after working a long shift and having a back procedure done, I sent my husband to pick up an order I had pre-ordered the day before (knowing I would be unable to cook). The order did not come through the system correctly due to the system...
