It's Dunkin'.. All I can say is the donuts and munchkins are always fresh. The apple fritters could use more of a fritter look instead of a rolled dough biscuit look.But overall, not bad at all.

The staff there is awesome and super friendly, they were slammed with a line that wrapped the building and a ton of mobile orders but still did what they could to accommodate. Another customer took my order and left and the staff apologized and made my order on the fly. Great team here

I just waited about 30 minutes for three donuts and a hot coffee. My ticket was sitting on the counter and nobody even acknowledged it. There were two customers in the store one customer in the driveway and it took 30 minutes for three donuts and a hot coffee and then when I finally spoke up and said hey, do y’all have this order 360 ready they looked around like why are you asking us questions?

Tonight went through drive thru at 8:46 and again no coffee. This makes the 3rd or 4th time I've tried to get coffee between 8:30 9:00. They have the drive thru open just to tell you they have nothing! Why can't they make coffee????

The employees here are so rude, and always slow it never fails even if Im the only person in the drive through so I’m not sure what the employees are doing in there lol. They act like you are bothering them even tho you’re the one who waited 20 minutes for a coffee lol. They don’t even acknowledge you unless you try and get their attention. Worst Dunkin in all of Ga

This morning I ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. The bagel was hard and dry like day old bread. Even after warming it up in the air fryer this bagel was tough and dense. What brought me to one star was because I've ordered matcha lattes a few times from here. There's always a large green clump at the side and bottom of the cup. This location needs better quality control. I'm leaving a review after trying this location on multiple occasions. It's not giving freshness.
This is got to be the most pathetic Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever walked into. Walked in, the staff made eye contact but that’s it. I (only customer inside) stood at the counter ignored, sadly went to S-B across the street and got great service for my $6 coffee. Thanks

this is THE worst dunkin in all of georgia. i don’t know what the employees are doing in there but it’s definitely not making anyone’s orders. i wait 20 minutes in the drive thru almost every time i come here. i have had MANY friends work at dunkin, i know how EASY it is to make the food and drinks. i hope all of them get fired. the dunkin 5 minutes down the road takes no longer than 5 minutes, even with several cars in line. DO NOT GET A JOB IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO WORK. LAZY TEENAGERS WORK HERE. i am only 20 and i cannot even fathom having the work ethic these kids have. i’m not some grown up adult calling the younger generations lazy. this is actually horrible service.
