I don’t know what is going on with this location or what but the coffee is awful now. I’ve always gotten the same order and there is no flavor whatsoever now. I don’t think they are putting the amount of swirls you pay for and they aren’t giving you a full pump. Before you could taste the flavoring and now for a medium iced coffee with 3-4 pumps of a caramel swirl there is absolutely zero taste. I’m ONLY giving this review 2 stars because the manager was actually receptive to the issues at hand, otherwise this is a 1 star review. The ladies at this location are the most unprofessional, inappropriate employees I have ever encountered. When receiving my mobile order, the girl at the window was trying to hand me my order while one of the other female coworkers came up behind her and proceeded to beg my boyfriend for a tip. I am a daily customer and I’m concerned about your staff today. I went there today at 1: 00 and first had to wait awhile before anyone responded to the drive thru Mike. Once we did tell them the order, we had to repeat it 3 times. We went to the window and all the girls were having a good time joking with each other. So needless to say, they tried to over charge us.
