Ordered a hot coco with caramel. Got a completely different drink with milk which my daughter couldn't drink. Tried calling store for over and hour to get a drink credit for my next visit nobody is answering. Love this location been frequenting it for 5 years.

I did a mobile order and when we got to the window I was informed that some of the munchkins were not available. Thankfully, he made up for it with donuts. VERY good customer service!!

Hard to imagine a drive-through person doesn’t even speak to you and only hands you food not to mention even a thank you or have a nice day. Customer service is really lacking there.
