Tonight while at work I ordered pizza for my family and had my husband go pick up the order. After I got off work I was informed that one the pizzas he had picked up was wrong. No problem. I call the store and no one answers. So I proceed to go up there to rectify the situation and when I arrive I was told they were too busy to make me another pizza and were not able to refund because they had to get manager approval (who was not there). did an online order for pick up. the staff was super incompetent and have noo idea what their doing in there. sent me out with the wrong pizza and didnt even give me a chance to look at it. i dont recommend that location in Rockmart, Ga. Get your act together!
