Best pizza in the Seven Hills area. The crust is light, thin and buttery. Cannot recommend them enough.

Went here today to pick up a to-go order for the first time. Walked in and waited only to be approached by a blonde who just looked at me with a “ what do you want?” Look. Didn’t even speak, say hello or ask “ how can I help you?” Got my food and unfortunately didn’t check it because the place seemed nice ( besides the host) only to get home and open the box to this, a burnt pizza. Good thing I have left over chili from last night because I definitely won’t be eating this.

I used to love getting food here when I first moved to Georgia from NJ their pizza reminded me of home and I loved their wings sometimes I will just order the wings because of how good they were, and slowly I started noticing changes and how they make the, from them being serve to you cold, burnt, dry or instead of getting your 5 drums 5 flats they give you whatever they please. I never cared to write a review but I think this place has been getting away with just doing the orders however they want they don’t care about customers expectations anymore. I was craving my wings tonight decided to give them another try after not buying food from there for a while , ordered them I was excited to eat just to open the box to find a bunch of drums that I don’t even care for now on the website its asking to pay extra to get all drums If I wanted to get all drums, I would’ve paid the extra money. I’m a person who only like to to eat the flat part of the wing I wouldn’t mind to just eat the five pieces that I get and share the rest with my family people expect to get their food they way it’s supposed to be next time. Please make sure you guys do it right. Thanks for your understanding.

Not sure whats going on recently with service here. Second time we've gotten pizza for pick up and our order is wrong. We always get pepperoni and extra pineapple. This time, it is literally a cheese pizza with pineapple tossed on last minute. Really disappointed on kitchen staff and customer service all around not ensuring what they provide is correct.

Well after walking through the door standing there for 15 minutes and being ignored, then looking around and seeing only 1 table had food on it we left. Insane people see you standing there waiting to get seated, make eye contact and just ignore you.

We went to Pizza Shack today and ordered a XLarge Meat pizza but had them 1/2 the toppings. Not only did they Charge for all the toppings for a full meat Pizza but only used half. They then Charged an additional $13.16 for the extra toppings they again only used on 1/2 the pizza. Absolute greed. I understand prices have gone up, but gouging your customers is Horrible!! We have ordered multiple times here the exact same way and have never been charged Double the amount, We could have gone to Longhorn and had two Steak dinners for that price. $60 dollars for a pizza is outrageous . Our server was fantastic and understood our frustration and even stated we were not the 1st to mention this. So if you choose to dine here, be aware. As for my family we will Not return.
