“We ordered online for delivery, which they apparently send out to DoorDash. It took almost 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time (that was already 62 minutes) to get our food. It was all soggy and ice cold when we got it. I called Wingstop and initially the manager didn’t seem like he wanted to be very helpful and kept telling me to contact DoorDash for a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I just wanted hot food. He got the General Manager on the phone and he quickly offered to remake our food for free ($90 order). The food was great! We just definitely won’t be ordering delivery again!“
“So far so good! Outside of Texas, Wingstop has been hit or miss (Texas consistent good). This location is new, been twice and both have been great good and service was nice. Food ready when I arrived and correct. Manager involved, helping out. Time will tell, keep up the good work.“
