Recent Reviews

I recently visited Captain D’s and ordered the Fish & Shrimp meal with broccoli, along with the Garlic Butter Shrimp and a Grilled Shrimp Skewer. Overall, the food was good. The grilled shrimp skewer was also flavorful and nicely grilled.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the Garlic Butter Shrimp—it was way too oily, which overpowered the flavor and made it less enjoyable. I think it would be much better with a lighter touch on the butter or oil.

The food was ok. the lady at the front was trying her best to run the drive-thru and the front register all by herself, and there seemed to be only one other person in the back trying to keep the food orders up. It wasn't very busy during our visit, but there should be at least 3 people minimum if not 4. The dining room was a mess. Hardly a clean table to be found and the floor between where you give your order and the dining room was a puddle of water not sure if it was...

Went threw the drive threw,normally we have no issues. Today though we had to wait for a while for our food then when we get home it wasn't the sides we ordered. My fish was terrible it tasted old. Also I ordered catfish and this wasn't catfish so my m eat went to the trash.
