Just ordered a pizza that was made totally wrong, I called about it and the guy was totally rude. I’m giving one star, not because the food was wrong - food can always be recooked, and people make mistakes. I understand that. It’s the poor customer service.

Not going to lie, laughing on the way home but slick mad. So I ordered a pizza for delivery when I get it. its just a big circle of burnt , bubbly cheese bread, and it wasn’t even cut into slices, so I called to see if there was something we could do about it not only did I have to pay for a new pizza, even though the gentleman on the phone helped me out a little, when I got in the car and opened the box. It was basically the same thing, a circle with cheese on top barely with a giant burnt bubble underneath toppings and it wasn’t cut into slices. I’m going to just go home and cut it myself I don’t know who’s in the kitchen but they need a meeting lol.

I've never been cussed out by any service industry management but this one definitely has multiple times for no reason it's crazy that Domino's even allows this person to have a store with their name and run it the way they do. But the employees are really good I don't know how they work for this person.

Great food and service. Managers are very helpful if there's ever an issue. Definitely one of the best places around when it comes to customer service. Wait time is super short and staff and drivers are always friendly.
