I never had a problem till today. The girl in the register that was wearing an orange top was somewhat with an attitute. This is what happened i was paying and my 2 yr old son was banging their sign, first of all i am paying and can not do 2 things at once and 2nd of all hes non-verbal and is special. How can i tell him to stop??? She told me all irritated “can you tell him to stop”. Please tell me how i can tell my son with special needs to stop, will not be going there no more.

This place deserves 5 stars! I enjoyed everything about this local coffee shop. The baristas were friendly and let us take our time in ordering since it was our first time there. I ordered the Iced Horchata Latte, let me tell you it was the best iced latte I’ve ever had and I love trying new coffee places. The horchata was definitely homemade and fresh. My husband ordered the cafe de olla and I tried it as well super tasty not too sweet it was just right. We also tried the champurrado which was delicious. I look forward to trying out more soon.

However, today was a different experience. A younger girl with red hair was serving, and when I asked for a recommendation—since I was trying something new—her response came off as dismissive and annoyed. It really caught me off guard.
Unfortunately, that interaction left a negative impression, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning

i’ve been coming to Mi Cafecito for a few years now, and it’s my favorite coffee shop. I love the plants inside and the playlist is awesome with a mix of indie, alternative, and pop music. The coffee is very strong, and I love their homemade pastries that aren’t very sugary :) Love supporting local Dalton places 🩷 Hope this place in business for a long time!

While attending our son’s baseball games in Dalton, I was in need of coffee, and my husband found this gem of a spot on a whim. The shop is small, clean, and incredibly calming. Our daughter had a matcha, my husband had a curtado, and I ordered a Café de Olla. Every drink was absolutely delicious. The owner was such a sweetheart, we chatted for a while, and you can tell how much care goes into everything.
All the pastries are made from scratch and perfectly balanced not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. The banana nut cake and flan were amazing, and our kids loved the cake pops. We likely won’t be back in Dalton since we’re from Chicago, but I’m so glad we stopped in. If you’re in the area for a tournament, don’t miss this place you won’t be disappointed!.
