Counter service. The food certainly has traditional flair but also offers options to make it more Tex-mex. You can have your standard tacos on corn tortilla with onions and cilantro, but they also offer an extensive list offering of toppings, so you could also have a taco on a flour tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. They also offer burgers, nachos, and other creative options. Well done and delicious.
We celebrated a wedding rehearsal with a Taco Bar from Sol De Mayo and it was AMAZING! From beginning to end - planning to eating - it was an exceptional experience! Karina was quick to answer messages and all my crazy questions! So pleasant to work with. Evening of rehearsal, delivery and set up was right on time and perfectly displayed! Last, but certainly least, the food!!!! Delicious! Fresh! Plentiful (the groom and his team feasted on leftovers the next day pre-wedding)!...
