I went through the Wendy's drive thru this morning- store #00008485. Elizabeth was the lady taking the my order.
I ordered a large coffee and had asked for cream. She advised that they were out of cream so I asked for milk in my coffee instead. She said she would have to charge me for the milk- which is not good customer service as it's not the customers fault that your restaurant ran out of creamer. I told her I thought that was messed up.
