While attending Georgia Southern I would drive by the first Zaxby’s and I would have to say ever since eating it in Statesboro, it’s been one of my favorite places to eat.

Family wanted a quick meal so we stopped by here. It did take a bit to do the order, but wasn't too bad. I was ordering (which took a bit as is) and it came to taking the name for the order, the fella just couldn't get it right. I told him my name (a simple 3 letter name) and had to repeat it several times. During the repeat and the initial name, I told him how to spell it. I sit down with the family while we are waiting on our order. I heard the name Keith called. I stayed there sitting for a moment and a something told me I needed to go check (because of how fumbled the ordering was and all). Yeap...it was our order and they got the name completely wrong. Fortunately, the order was accurate. We get the meal and of course the chicken is small and the fries unseasoned. Not sure what Zaxby's is doing, but it's definitely heading the wrong direction.

Was just picking up a mobile app order. Had wanted to do the drive thru, but it wasn't moving and had several vehicles in it. So I parked, walked in, and just picked up my order that way. I rate the location high because the order was absolutely correct! I have had many issues with other locations getting the order wrong and leaving out sauces or dressings, but so far this location has not made that mistake.

It’s pretty sad when you bring a Charter Bus with 80 kids on the bus to eat lunch and they won’t even take care of the bus drivers meal even spoke to a manager that’s pretty cheap. Every Zaxby’s across America will always take care of the bus driver when you bring a load of people in Bus drivers remember we go to places that take care of us pretty sad you bring a place well over $1000 worth of business and they can’t even comp out the driver $10 worth of food but that’s the way they wanna run their business. Not too happy to see all of my people eat And they do nothing to accommodate the driver. Maybe they need to think about this and offer this the bus drivers in the future, they will get a lot more charter buses.

The food is NEVER fresh or warm. I always get my fries really stale and the wings are always leftovers. This is the closest one to my house but unfortunately I will have to drive across town just to get some decent chicken because the other locations I swear always give me my food hot and fresh. They never disappoint. Don't come to this one unless you want old stale fries and cold leftover chicken that they probably saved from the previous day

Our first visit here and it was just "okay". We stopped when it wasn't real busy and the chicken fingers I got seemed "old" and dry and I personally wasn't a fan of their signature sauce. It reminded me of a Cane's with a few extra food choices such as wings. But give it a try you may like it. I did like the funnel cake dessert, and the restaurant itself was clean and well maintained.
Staff was friendly, food was ready very quickly. Chicken fingers were great. The "nuclear" hot sauce was not as hot as I was expecting, but it did have a good flavor. Clean restrooms.

Came here yesterday for lunch and ordered 4 menu items, had to wait but the food came out hot and fresh. However, apparently they dropped one of my chicken tenders on the floor and put it in my big zak snack with fuzz and all!!! This is a terrible thing to do in the food industry. Will NOT return to this location! Not the best picture, but it was disgusting!!!

A few days ago, I went through drive thru ordered a TRADITIONAL wings and things and they gave me boneless. Today I ordered traditional W&T Sweet and spicy. Well they messed up the order by putting tongue torch on the wings and fingers and instead of fixing it they tried to cover it up by drenching them in sweet and spicy over all the tongue torch sauce!! After having me pull up and wait 20 minutes!! Horrible service!!! And I didn’t notice until I got home. They couldn’t even take off the sticker that said TT or cover it up good!

My chicken tenders were like chicken nuggets. Super thin and tiny. It was like this last time, stopped coming, came back and they're still super thin, small strips. Not worth the price and certainly not like the menu's picture.
