I made a purchase at this establishment, and while waiting for my order, I didn't realize my wallet had fallen out. I went back to ask, and there it was! The person who helped me was very friendly and returned my wallet intact. The food is also good, and I'm not just grateful they returned my wallet, but because they really do provide excellent service. Thank you for recovering my belongings.
My van had broken down and I was staying at the hotels across the street the hotels didn’t have food the chilis basically told me it was to late zaxbys was my last hope for food that night so I walked through there drive through it was like 3 minutes from closing expected the closing shift employees to tell me to f*ck off

Based on reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has friendly staff and an easy functional ordering system for the drive through, which has ample space. The building is well maintained, but the line moves slow at the dinner time rush. The food is good and as expected, with hot and fresh chicken. The zalads are amazing with a healthy good amount of chicken. However, some locations have dirty tables and a dirty restaurant that needs to be cleaned. The restaurant can be freezing, and workers may be standing around chatting instead of cleaning. The food had flavor, but orders can be missing items like fries and wings. Some hot food is sat in the same bag as the salad. The fries were not seasoned at one location, but another location put seasoning on the fries which was better than expected. The food was absolutely delicious and gobbled down.
