I tried to purchase mini pretzels dogs on 12/2 around 4:50pm, but the cashier informed me that only the original pretzels were being served because they were short staffed. There were 4 additional workers and only 1 person was preparing more pretzels. The other workers leaned on equipment, or they continuously looked out the window as people lined up. Several customers walked away without purchasing anything because the workers were too lazy to prepare other items on the menu.
