The people who work in this tent are a joke ! They promise you to have their most selling item ( morning hours ) ready in 30 minutes, then you go back 30 minutes after, and nothing ! What a fiasco !

Large soft pretzels that actually taste good are not easy to find. Auntie Anne’s is always my go to! Delicious and so much better than every other pretzel I’ve ever tried! There is a problem with the map. I am a driver and I can't find you. I don't remember how many packages I canceled.

Just don’t do it. We went last weekend, and I was so excited because I haven’t had Auntie Annes in a WHILE (been trying to be gf for health reasons), but both my and my husband’s cinnamon pretzel nuggets came out half crispy, half soggy, and only the ones on top had any cinnamon sugar on them (which was barely anything at all). The employee working the register had to ring up two orders because she wasn’t listening and didn’t hear the second half of our order. And the pretzels were twice the cost as before. Waiting in beating sun for ten minutes to pay $6/ea for a soggy, flavorless pretzel. It was so disappointing.

I tried to purchase mini pretzels dogs on 12/2 around 4:50pm, but the cashier informed me that only the original pretzels were being served because they were short staffed. There were 4 additional workers and only 1 person was preparing more pretzels. The other workers leaned on equipment, or they continuously looked out the window as people lined up. Several customers walked away without purchasing anything because the workers were too lazy to prepare other items on the menu.

Rude service , they said the system was d*** wouldn’t even take cash . Seemed like they just wanted to leave early it was 5pm

OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!

Staff is incredibly dull and unprofessional. Waited in line for over 30 min for them to tell me they only had one item on the menu that nice I got to the front and then got upset when I said “nvm” and talked bad about me to the customer behind me.
