We were looking for a place close by and stumbled across Papa Place. We read the reviews and concentrated on the lower ratings. We didn't see anyone that fit the description of a war horse. We were very happy with the cleanliness, service and the food. The grits were a little too runny for me, I like them thick. There were 6 in our party. We did have to wait to pay for about 10 minutes, our server was MIA. We will return.
My husband and I tried the Colossal Club Sandwich and it was VERY much worth every bite!! The service was excellent, the wait time for the food was decent, and just everything in general was well worth the wait!! Thank you for an amazing meal and we will be back!

Today we had Val as our waitress-she was phenomenal! Best server I’ve ever had! She works Thursday-Sunday! Their food is all good with a huge selection each day! We eat here several times a week! Highly recommend!
