“I'm impressed! I'll def come back. I ordered the jalapeño holly chicken salad scoop. Value- 5/5 my meal came with the chicken salad scoop, 10 crackers, a pickle slice and a small cookie for $7! Also the scoop was the perfect portion. Service- 5/5 the manager took my order - I initially wanted a salad and a scoop but they didn't have my preferred dressing. she seemed genuinely interested in knowing my preferred dressing (balsamic). I appreciated that. Time- 5/5 I came in at about noon and the place was busy waited less than 3 mins to order and less than 3 mins for my food. Food- 5/5 the chicken salad tasted fresh like they made it this morning. The chicken was pulled apart perfectly and never had any huge chunks or dryness to it. The spice level was perfect the jalapeños were pickled maybe? and the chicken salad wasn't watery. I almost went back in for another scoop honestly and I'm very picky about food. You won't be disappointed.“
“Got 3 meat plate:Ribs were AMAZING. Great flavor, good smoke, fell off the bone, but not mush.Chopped Brisket: Pretty good. Nice mix of lean and moist.Pulled Pork: Quite possibly the most dry pulled pork I've ever had. It could have been overcooked shredded turkey or chicken for that matter. Wasn't really even edible, even with sauce.Sides were pretty good. Not amazing but they had a good taste.“
“Our family of 5 had a delicious rack of ribs to split at a great price. Our son said Mac n cheese was his favorite. Two sides of fries, a pint of Mac n cheese, drinks and dessert was u see $90. Everything tasted delicious and nice folks working!“
“Great slightly spicy fried chicken, big tasty breakfast biscuits. Fast service.UPDATE: May 28th 2023The food is still excellent, slightly spicy fried chicken, the biscuits a still big and very tasty, the service is fast and the restaurant is amazingly clean.“
“This was such a nice treat for my boyfriend and I while we were away at a friends wedding in GA. This place is linked up with the hotel/Inn we stayed at for the weekend. They allow you to order your breakfast for the next morning and they deliver it your hotel room at a designated time the next morning. We literally had delicious breakfast in bed two mornings in a row. The lovely lady who runs this business is extremely sweet and prompt. For $22 you get coffee, orange juice, fresh fruit (banana and oranges) and our choice of hot breakfast entree for 2 people! You can't beat that price. Everything was really delicious and the coffee was hot and fresh each morning. The first morning we ordered yummy omelet sandwiches and the second morning my boyfriend ordered the croissant and egg sandwich and I ordered the quiche. But she actually mentioned that she accidently dropped my quiche and went ahead and made me a yummy non pork croissant egg and cheese sandwich and it was fantastic! I appreciated her accommodating me still and doing a non pork option. It was wonderful! Amazing customer service! This was such a great addition to our stay this weekend. We work really hard so to be able relax and sleep in and have breakfast in bed was truly amazing! Highly recommend this spot!“
“I’m a big fan of fried green tomatoes, try them everywhere I go. This was fresh new spin on a classic! The grouper sandwich was served hot, the sauce on the sandwich was also delicious with just a little kick. We’d love to visit Yahoola again next time we’re passing through Dahlonega!“
“Best brussels sprouts I've ever had at any restaurant. I'm honestly trying to figure out whom to bribe for the recipe. We came in on a slow night (Sunday or Monday, can't remember) for a very late dinner and honestly everything was great. Food came out pretty quick and it tasted great. Service was good even though I thought it wouldn't be since we were one of only two tables and the servers were just hanging out. Our server was very attentive. My two kids loved the atmosphere.I'm kind of surprised to see some negative reviews because our experience was great. We'll definitely be back when in that area.“
“We were looking for a place close by and stumbled across Papa Place. We read the reviews and concentrated on the lower ratings. We didn't see anyone that fit the description of a war horse. We were very happy with the cleanliness, service and the food. The grits were a little too runny for me, I like them thick. There were 6 in our party. We did have to wait to pay for about 10 minutes, our server was MIA. We will return.“
