Their chargrilled oysters were a different story. Pimento& Jalapeños: definitely not my favorite, the spice overpowered the oyster. Bacon, butter & parmesan: no bacon for me, just parmesan and butter, not my fav!The cream cheese, spinach & panko was the ⭐️ of THIS show. “This is my second time eating at this restaurant and it is always very good. The food is very consistent! The customer service was top tier and the cashier was very helpful with questions when it came to certain dietary restrictions. The only thing I’d say could be better was that my partner stated that his smothered turkey wings and gravy were lukewarm and needed to be hotter. Nevertheless, we will be back again!I recommend the Fried Salmon, cabbage and fried corn. They are very flavorful!“

Today, I accidentally activated my 125 point reward for a sandwich or scoop but the melt specifically wasn’t available to redeem for that special – the points expired the same day. “I had the Fried Green Tomato BLT (which is my standard go-to order). The green tomatoes were so hard that I could not bite them. I know good produce is hard to get at times, but I'd rather have not had the sandwich available if the produce was sub-par.“
“The Mill accommodated our 10 person group for a baby shower when our reservation elsewhere was not fulfilled. The hosts and waiters were excellent and intentional and made our guest of honor feel special. And the food was excellent! The Brie was amazing!“
“Been one of our faves for years! Just love the style, the decor, the bar, the outdoor seating... Nice fireplaces inside. Great menu and cocktails. Don't love the desserts though. They seemed very commercial versus upscale Southern which is the food style. Carrot cake is GF and not great. Icing on Red Velvet Cake didn't taste like cream cheese. Chocolate cake was o.k. Date night, girls night, celebrations, or just a treat out. ??“

“The grits are the best I've had. The FL Sunshine waffle breakfast was nice with fresh fruit on the top. The chicken sausage was subpar and dry. I did come at lunchtime though, so I'll have to try it during breakfast time when it might be fresher. Love the apple butter that came with biscuit.Bathrooms are in a bit of rough shape. For what they charge for eggs, they should put a fresh coat of paint on the interior bathroom doors and fix the paper towel dispenser.“

“I'm here waiting on my food and had to give this review real quick before I forget! Mayah is AWESOME! I mentioned that it was my birthday and she made me feel really special. It reminded me of how customer service used to be everywhere, and I'm happy that Mayah at the cash register is bringing it back. Even while I was waiting for her to take my order, several people who dined in were coming up and thanking her for her great service. I'm happy that I came in and ordered instead of ordering Uber Eats, and if the customer service is this good, I'll definitely be up here more often.“
“This was my wife and I first time coming here and it is a quaint little spot in a great location in downtown Alpharetta. I had the veggie scramble with pimento grits. The combination was the scramble over the grits wasn't a good idea. My wife had the chicken and chicken and waffles and it was banging. The chicken was flavourful and crispy and as advertised. The atmosphere was tight seating but you can have a conversation and still be able to hear. We'll definitely be back.“
“Just now getting around to posting a review but we used Old Country Place for our wedding catering back in October and had such a great experience! The price was super affordable for 150+ people. The staff were so friendly and even cleaned up tables, etc. Eden is who I contacted and set up the entire meal plan with and was so easy to work with. They came in the venue and set everything up perfectly and left without a trace. They were never in the way or an inconvenience. I couldn’t say enough good things and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, good quality food for their event.“
“So this is definitely something that's off the beaten path but it gives a really diner type feel to it. The prices of decent and very reasonable. Definitely do it. They have lunch and breakfast, so you can come at the very top of the day or come and lunch time but they do close after lunch time so you have to get there at a reasonable time. You come in in there a bunch of diner tables there so there's plenty of seating. There isn't anything outside but there's plenty of side. It gives you a cafeteria feel when you do get there. So you basically stand at a long window where they have the food available for you to pick from. But mostly if you come, you'll order and no make it made to order and back style. But the lady who served me rush me a little bit but that was only because they were five other people in lie behind me. It's not really Pat, but they were jumping in line. It did not dissuade me. I was able to get a regular breakfast sandwich (croissant w/ sausage). Which was pretty good. Nothing flashy, but a good sandwich. Warm bread, right off the skillet. I also tried the hot link sandwich which was also great, much better than the basic sandwich. It was a little messy, but, very worth it. Came with hot link and bacon with egg and cheese, it was a winner. I should have got that before I got the regular breakfast combo, because that was just OK. I got a breakfast combo so it came with your choice of sausage or bacon, your choice of hash brown or grits, and a bread. That coupled with eggs, expect a really full meal for under $7. The hashbrowns that came with it seemed like they were more soggy than crispy, and so did the bacon. The eggs were... egg lol you cant really mess those up unless you burn them. Overall I would stick with breakfast sandwiches from there. Maybe next time I will try another sandwich (lunch) or french toast. Will I go back to this spot? Absolutely. Just that semi greasy cafe spoon type feel with good food, I am here for it.“
“If you love chicken salad (and I do!) this spot is a must try. The history of the franchise is really cool. Started by women and to my eyes completely run by women as well! The staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. The amount of variety from traditional chicken salad, to spicy, savory, even fruity, is staggering and definitely warrants multiple trips. I prefer more of a shredded chicken style to their “pressed and scoop” style but that’s merely a preference. The flavors are great and the prices are reasonable as well. Check it out!“
“Do not get the chicken biscuit. The sausage biscuit and cheese grits were good. I ordered a "steak & egg" biscuit, thinking I was getting actual steak but it was something like a chicken fried steak, which was disappointing, but it was alright.“

“Our experience was incredible. 1st off we were greeted with an inviting smile and friendly words by a delightful young lady named Eva I believe.Eva explained the menue options an made some suggestions that my 6 year old son loved!! The pulled pork sandwich with Mac- n- cheese. More than enough for a great price. We also asked for NFL game to be put on one of the many TV's which she did promptly.Our meal ,which was prepared by a young man named Jeremy, was warm and flavorful. Eva brought us our food with a big smile all while taking phone and counter orders and cleaning up a beverage someone spilled at register.Speaking of beverages, the margaritas were delicious, affordable and full of tequila. I recommend the Brunswick stew and smoked turkey platter which Eva suggested. We sat inside but patio looked great.The music was current and not too loud. We will definitely be back and hope to be lucky enough to get the same crew!!?“
“I was visiting the hotel and ate at the bar several times. The food was great! The wings were crisp and juicy with great flavor. I also tried the chicken sandwich. This is next level with pimento cheese and apricot jam were fantastic! I definitely recommend it. If you want something light, go for the charcuterie! I did and I don’t regret it, but I wish I had ordered an extra to go home with. Last but certainly not the least are the bartenders and the drinks. Zach and Leslie are wonderful hosts with great personalities. Not only that, they can make 5 star drinks!!! My favorite 2 of the weekend were a bourbon sidecar and a vieux carre. These were both recommended by them and they were amazing not too sweet with a kick. Love it!!! Highly recommended and I will be back!“

I called the catering line and the consultant helped me order the appropriate amount of food with a nice variety of flavors for all the different needs of the attendees. They delivered all the food to the venue in plenty of time to set up. The food was delicious and exactly as discussed. The catering process was easy and seamless. We will definitely be using them again.“
“I went to this establishment for the first time to try the $35 3 course menu that happens on Mondays. JT was my server and he was the best! I had the meatballs as an appetizer and they were very flavor. JT recommended I try the fried chicken for my entree and it did not disappoint. The chicken portion was huge and the mac and cheese was my side and was also tasty. For dessert, had the Nanner pudding and was obsessed! It wasn’t overly sweet and was very well made.
