2020 - Ordered 50.00 worth of chicken and they shorted me 5 chicken breast. Called over and over and over with no answer just a busy signal.

It’s not often that I eat at Bojangles because mostly the place looks deserted.. and if I’m going to eat there, I normally eat breakfast because by far there biscuits beat everyone around.. however dinner is a different story.. I went there at like 5:30 PM. I pulled around the building to see a young man in his work shirt and dirty jeans standing outside being very loud and obnoxious in the parking lot. I pulled to the speaker and I asked for a number 13 with all thighs. Don’t judge me I’m hungry. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait for thighs so I proceeded to ask for all legs a large fry in a large sweet tea. I get to the window give her my money get my box and it has three legs, and four chicken strips asked where my large fry my large sweet tea was an the lady at the window was very nice, but looked at me like I had five heads. my chicken was chewy, but my fries were warm. i’m not sure what happened to the Bojangles. I used to love going there but now it feels like every time I go there there’s a weight there’s an issue and it’s just not worth it.

Slowest “fast” food place in dawsonville. If your in any sort of rush or have places you need to be don’t go her.

Ordered a Bo-rito and a chicken supremes meal on the app. When I got there they told me they were out of the Bo-ritos and offered something else instead, which was fine. But then I left and my drink and my side were both wrong. Also no biscuit. Really don’t know how you mess up online orders when the words are right in front of you to read to ensure you make it the correct way. Feels like they just ended up giving me whatever they felt like they wanted to give me. Probably will not be back to this location.
