The food is typically well made and the staff is typically friendly and helpful here. Great gravy and biscuits!

The biscuits were good today. The gravy was a bit runny. The egg orders were good and of the appropriate amount.
The young man working the register was handling taking orders and serving the food by himself and was courteous and efficient. He should be commended for his good work.

Went through the drive-thru at approximately 9:45am on the above referenced day. I ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit, and my wife ordered a gravy and biscuit. I will have to say that the biscuits were a complete disappointment. The biscuits were overcooked, dark brown on top, and tasted like dirty dishwater. The photo will speak for itself... I ate it anyways because I had just come from the VA Clinic in Flowery Branch and was starving. My wife was only able to eat the interior of her biscuit to avoid breaking a tooth. Very disappointing. Convince me why I should visit this location again.....

I am getting increasingly upset with the quality of food and the correct food portion sizes. I'm also upset with the fact that, for some unknown reason, receipts are not being given to (my daughter and I at least) the customers. I have received several burnt biscuits which have done nothing but upset me because they are no longer the Bos biscuits that were even three years ago. The biscuits, being burnt, not only taste burnt but are also no longer fluffy and wonderful to taste like home cooked biscuits that grandmother's make from scratch. The fries that were paid for today were supposed to be a large that we paid for but we were given a medium instead. I am extremely dissatisfied and put out by the food that we both bought and were given!! š”š” If my daughter didn't love the chicken from Bos I would forever not go back at this point in time. It seems as though every time that we go to the store that everything is horrid and dissatisfactory. I am hoping that things improve but they seem to continue to get worse. The biscuits above is a Sausage, Egg and Cheese biscuit.

No soap in menās restroom last THREE times Iāve been to the Dawsonville location. Drive-thru service is okay speed, but inside, the workers cannot keep up at all. The painfully slow service seems to be a trait every Bojangles shares. The Dawson location could at least stock sanitary supplies in the restroom.

This bojangles stole $161.00 from my family. I ordered online and when I went to pick- up an employee said it would be another 45 minutes, which was 45 minutes after my promised pickup time. The manager stated I had to go through ācorporateā to get a refund. When Iāve reached out to ācorporateā on the website, I received no reply. After 6 attempts and many months later they finally told me I had to go to the store for a refund. I called to ask for a manager and was hung up on. This is fraud!!! I never received my food or refund of my money. I will never eat bojangles again.

If you go through the drive thru youāll have no issues. The staff prioritizes the cars first. NEVER go inside it is typically a 20 min wait.

Very bad attitude from staff. After waiting at the counter for one minute and not seeing anyone, I softly and calmly said "hello." A white male employee in a black shirt came from behind a machine and angrily said "Give us a minute!" He was not happy or pleasant at all. He then walked away and went to cleaning a machine. I waited for another minute and then he hollered towards the back of the restaurant saying, "is anyone going take this order?" I immediately left because he was not happy and seem to be getting more frustrated.

I used to love going here with my family, but I quit going because every time we would order, she would always get our order wrong. We would order 3 chicken biscuits, a family sized bo round, large fry, and 3 drinks. Even after repeating it back to us, she would always ring up something else. I don't know what is wrong with her or how she's got a job there because I've watched her mess up other people's orders as well. One guy ordered a sausage biscuit and she rang up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.

I ordered online an hour before I needed to pick up (was getting breakfast for work colleages) and the order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes before I got there. They didn't even know about or start the order until I got there and asked for it. The manager just shrugged and said we're short staffed today. Yall had a whole HOUR to put this together. As someone who works in a restaurant doing online orders this is entirely unacceptable and I'm incredibly irritated and upset. I was late to work because of this. The manager's don't care attitude really topped it off as so unprofessional. So mad.
