No soap in men’s restroom last THREE times I’ve been to the Dawsonville location. Drive-thru service is okay speed, but inside, the workers cannot keep up at all. The painfully slow service seems to be a trait every Bojangles shares. The Dawson location could at least stock sanitary supplies in the restroom.

This bojangles stole $161.00 from my family. I ordered online and when I went to pick- up an employee said it would be another 45 minutes, which was 45 minutes after my promised pickup time. The manager stated I had to go through “corporate” to get a refund. When I’ve reached out to “corporate” on the website, I received no reply. After 6 attempts and many months later they finally told me I had to go to the store for a refund. I called to ask for a manager and was hung up on. This is fraud!!! I never received my food or refund of my money. I will never eat bojangles again.

Lazy Adventures

If you go through the drive thru you’ll have no issues. The staff prioritizes the cars first. NEVER go inside it is typically a 20 min wait.

Very bad attitude from staff. After waiting at the counter for one minute and not seeing anyone, I softly and calmly said "hello." A white male employee in a black shirt came from behind a machine and angrily said "Give us a minute!" He was not happy or pleasant at all. He then walked away and went to cleaning a machine. I waited for another minute and then he hollered towards the back of the restaurant saying, "is anyone going take this order?" I immediately left because he was not happy and seem to be getting more frustrated.

I used to love going here with my family, but I quit going because every time we would order, she would always get our order wrong. We would order 3 chicken biscuits, a family sized bo round, large fry, and 3 drinks. Even after repeating it back to us, she would always ring up something else. I don't know what is wrong with her or how she's got a job there because I've watched her mess up other people's orders as well. One guy ordered a sausage biscuit and she rang up a sausage egg and cheese biscuit.

I ordered online an hour before I needed to pick up (was getting breakfast for work colleages) and the order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes before I got there. They didn't even know about or start the order until I got there and asked for it. The manager just shrugged and said we're short staffed today. Yall had a whole HOUR to put this together. As someone who works in a restaurant doing online orders this is entirely unacceptable and I'm incredibly irritated and upset. I was late to work because of this. The manager's don't care attitude really topped it off as so unprofessional. So mad.

I just use the drive-through at this Bojangles! I don’t typically go to Bojangles, but I had a great customer service experience. Whoever was on shift today, August 28, did a great job! I drove up right as the lunch service began, and was told it would be a few minutes for fresh chicken tenders. I had no problem with that at all! They brought me my food, they threw in extra chicken, tender, and biscuit for my wait. all three employees I interacted with were kind, considerate, and very attentive! They definitely deserve some props for a job well done! It’s the little things!

A chubby brunette with dark hair, not Jack on the receipt, received our order. She cut off all our words to order very unkindly and I felt very bad. And at 7:30 p.m., a middle-aged guest came in and tried to order, but no one showed up at the counter, so the man left the store after waiting for a long time at the counter and in the kitchen. The staff was incredibly rude, so I lost my appetite.

Lady at the register was very rude ordered waited 30 minutes she said it was almost done 10 more minutes went by said she was packing it up then another 15 minutes went by my finance went inside finally got food part of it was missing and got accused of lieing so brought everything back in so she could check it and finally got the rest of it I definitely will not go back
