I eat chicfila breakfast almost every morning on my way to work. It's my main meal as my days are super busy and hectic. The Dawsonville location is my favorite, Nick always recognizes my vehicle, knows I mobile order, and gets me through quickly while still being friendly & helpful.

Used to be a great location, but not anymore. Everytime I’ve gone recently employees have been incredibly rude. I’ve listened to them cuss at each other, be rude to customers. There have been instances where employees have been so incredibly rude to me repeatedly. I also got stuck in line for an hour, just to get home and realize they forgot part of my order.

We stopped by for a late lunch. There were two lines and both were extremely long. However, just like most CFAs, the lines moved forward quickly and we received our food quickly. Everything that we ordered was hot and fresh and delicious as always. Don't let the long lines deter you from ordering from this location!

Fast food is not good for you, but as far as fast food food goes, Chick-fil-A has nailed it in terms of “fast food” service. The quality of food is as good as it gets for fast food restaurants.
I go in here frequently for mobile orders, but good God first thing in the morning they cannot seem to get a drink out to me on time. I’ll have my food standing there for five minutes, staring at the lady not giving me my drink. Its literally only complaint
Drastically understaffed. Tons of people waiting for orders that were supposed to be ready but weren’t. Angry customers asking for refunds. Parking lot packed.

I’m a little disappointed in this location, it was my first time here. My sandwich was wrong (wrong cheese) which I didn't mind too much, but the chicken itself was a little hard and was not warm like it usually is. However I did get it pretty fast!
