I have eaten at Ghost Kitchens several times. The food is delicious. They never prepare anything until you order it, so you know it is fresh. I highly recommend checking it out.
Eddie was working by himself with several customers. He looked tired, but was pleasant and did a great job serving, vooking and taking care of customers. If I ever open a restaurant, he is my first hire. Above and beyond
