“Disappointed in the consistency. Every time I come with my daughter and get her a kids scoop, it is a different size, sometimes half a scoop and sometimes a whole scoop. I wish I knew more what to expect when I ordered the kids meal because otherwise I would just get her a regular combo to ensure a full sized scoop. Otherwise, we love this place.“

“I just use the drive-through at this Bojangles! I don’t typically go to Bojangles, but I had a great customer service experience. Whoever was on shift today, August 28, did a great job! I drove up right as the lunch service began, and was told it would be a few minutes for fresh chicken tenders. I had no problem with that at all! They brought me my food, they threw in extra chicken, tender, and biscuit for my wait. all three employees I interacted with were kind, considerate, and very attentive! They definitely deserve some props for a job well done! It’s the little things!“
