For dine in, this location is awesome! Great food and service. Always hot and fresh. We got to go meals tonight and I’m sorry to say it was very disappointing. My drink was out of syrup so it was a waste, fries were cold and hard, chips stale, salsa was laying sideways in the bag and spilled out making everything soggy. Overall the meal was pretty terrible. Looks like dining in is the only way to go. I can’t believe the drastic difference.

My son loved his quesadilla meal, but 3 of us had issues with the rest of the food. My daughter didn't like the chicken and pasta kids dish. My husband's salmon was over cooked. My steak tasted rancid and the whole plate come out cold. Also, the shrimp that was supposed to be on the steak jad to come out separately. Needless to say, we need to just stick to burgers there...maybe the tex mex dishes too. The server was nice and pleasant. The manager took off my meal at my request as it was so bad I could not eat it. My husband and daughter muscled through theirs. Lesson learned...

I have been going to Chili's for over 30yrs and this location hands down was the best 1 ever. I don't know if it was just tonight as this was my 1st time visiting this location but from the service all the way down to paying the damn check, everything was just outstanding. I had 2 leave this review, everything was just so perfect and I didn't get my waiters name but he was the best, I didn't have 2 ask 4 nothing. This location is an hr and a half from me and will be my go 2 Chili's if they don't change a thing!

I'll be honest, ive never had a good experience at any Chili's ive eaten at so this could be biased, but every chili's ive been to up until this point is still better than this one... and i have been to this one 4 times now at this point. PS: NEVER ORDER THE STEAK HERE. Go somewhere else if you can swing it.

I was just in town visiting some old friends and they dragged me to a Chili’s honestly? I didn’t get the hype. I mean it’s just burgers and queso, right? WRONG. Then I met Emi. I caught Emi‘s vibe immediately. She turned me and my old lady friends in a teenagers again with her infectious, laugh charm, and maybe a drink or two. By the end of the night we were laughing so hard we were probably disturbing the entire chilies. Emi didn’t just service us-she leveled up our entire experience proving sometimes the right server it all it takes to make someone’s night exceptional. If Emi‘s on shift run, don’t walk -your night is about to be legendary.! Seriously, though shout out to the hiring manager! Emi provides the level of customer service every restaurant should aspire to have. 10 out of 10 recommend!’

So, I’ve been in sales over 35 years & usually only like to write good reviews (b/c let’s face it, EVERYTHING is negative nowadays), but I have a pretty negative review tonight of this Chili’s unfortunately. I order takeout usually once a week from this location (Dawsonville) and spend $30 to $35 on every order. I’ve completely had enough of the very inadequate portions and the lack of quality in the food prep dept (like I order Chicken Alfredo pasta alot and it has absolutely NO Alfredo sauce……WTH??!!! (pls see picture). Also, when I order broccoli as a side, I would love to get more than 3 pieces :) This is unacceptable & has happened the past 2 orders……I know times are hard especially on restaurants w/the latest tariff rules and cutbacks, etc. but when you do have “regulars” that like your food & will pay good $, I would appreciate you paying WAY more attention to the detail of each order- thank you very much!
