Awful. I made an online order for my son’s birthday cake. I arrived to pick it up exactly on time. I was told I would have to wait or come back because they haven’t even started my cake. 20 mins later she has my cake done that has been rushed and looks like my 5 year old designed it. I ask to speak to a manager and was told there was not one on duty. Walmart would have been better than what I received.
I can not say enjoy great thing about the cookie decorating kits!! The kids loved them. Great for all ages!! Our favorite thing to do, a new tradition for us. Plenty of cookies , icing and toppings. So much fun. And as always the cookies are awesome!! Thanks so much.

Very disappointed!!!! We have gotten numerous cakes from here and always loved them. We picked up our cake yesterday(November 19th) that was for our sons and our friends daughters birthday and we were very disappointed the kids didn't even like it. It was not decorated how we wanted it. The cookie itself was as thin as a sheet of paper and extremely extremely crispy and dry and they're normally not like that. We come here to spend our miney on cakes instead of elsewhere because they're always delicious. We were not pleased at all.
