Frozen custard is bomb! The food variety is nice but the food itself is bland. No matter what time of day or how busy the dining room is always lacking. Dirty tables and floors. Smudges on windows and walls. Bathrooms are pretty gross as well. The employees always seem very nice and polite though.

I'm sure the manager is waiting for this review and barely dealing with my issue. When I say "I said 2 single butterburgers". Don't only change 1 OF THE ORDERS TO THE SINGLE!!!! First you wanted 27$ for a order I didn't ask for. Then 24$ HAD TO ASK YOU AGAIN, Then 22$ because you only changed one of the meals? AND ON TOP OF IT ALL CHARGE ME FOR A DOUBLE AND GIVE ME A SINGLE! Can't wait for corporate to do nothing after my 2 phone calls today.

This place has really gone down hill as far as service. The last three mobile orders I've placed and each time I've sat in the parking area for thirty or more minutes. I'm sitting here now watching numerous customers that arrived after me getting served. Most likely my last visit here.

The service and the food quality have really gone downhill the past couple months. I'm not sure what's happened, but it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your order in the drive-thru at times and when you get it, it's wrong or not cooked properly. My daughter usually loves the grilled cheeses from here, but lately, they haven't even been toasted at all. The bread is completely white with cheese on it. I went inside today and told them it was unacceptable. Most of the young staff just stood there in a daze not knowing what to do and cars were lining up at the window. The girl at the window completely disappeared and didn't let anyone else know to cover her. The re-made food hardly had a toast on it. You all keep under toasting them or outright burning them. And you've recently increased the price of the food that has not been decent quality. You all know what a grilled cheese is supposed to look like. This isn't it!

This place has seriously gone downhill. Just spent almost 40 minutes in the drive through (with only 5 cars in line) just to receive the completely wrong order.We paid almost $40 for 3 medium meals and they tried to pawn us off a SINGLE burger and no fries. Person who handed us the food didn’t even say a word, practically chucked it in our car, and walked off.Other Culver’s locations are awesome, but if you don’t have nearly an hour to burn sitting in line, just go to McDonald’s.
The concrete mixer order at my last four visits at Culver’s has been incomplete. Yesterday’s order had none of the add-ins. I have went inside in past visits to have my order corrected but this defeats the purpose of a drive through. Ice cream is a treat and Culver’s is ruining the experience.

Stopped at Culver’s for the first time while traveling. Ordered 2 dinner plates. Waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive thru area for the food. When we opened our dinners the cole slaw was missing from both. We drove back, presented the receipt and told them that they forgot the slaws. They said “ Oh, we ran out.” They never apologized and weren’t telling customers that they were not including this in the platters they paid $15 for. When pressed, we were told you can pick another side. We didn’t want another fried side, but we relented and said we’d take 2 orders of onion rings because there was no other option. We waited again in the same pickup area and when we received the item, they had only given 1 order. I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service that we were given. We paid over $30 dollars for 4 pieces of fish, 2 orders of fries, 2 dry rolls, and 1 onion ring order, with waters. Very disappointing.
