Manager stated that they are short staff and they are moving slower than a snail. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. There's 10 ppl here waiting for online orders.

We eat at the Dawsonville Firehouse quite often & they ALWAYS have the most delicious food! Every time we eat there, everything is super fresh & the bread, OMG SO fresh & soft like it was made right before we walked in. Their health department score is always 100 (perfection)👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 which tells you that the owner/manager cares about their customers. A perfect 100 is hard to get & is very impressive. The place is really clean & the staff is friendly. Also, when I order a sandwich, I like it a certain way & they always get the specific details right. We will not eat at any of their competitors because, well, when you have the BEST, why go somewhere else! We LOVE the Hook & Ladder as well as the Engineer subs. Soups are GREAT on a cold day. Salads are ALWAYS FRESH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firehouse Subs in Dawsonville as they are CONSISTENTLY AWESOME! GREAT JOB Y'ALL! 👍🏼

The sandwiches are absolutely amazing! 👏
The bread is soft, the meats are piled high and the veggies are fresh and the Italian dressing is the best I've ever had! I will not get sandwiches anywhere else but Firehouse! 12/10 recommend 👌

My entire family absolutely LOVES the Firehouse Hook and Ladder so much that we NEVER order anything else. It is so delicious, it's our favorite sub place. The app is very easy to use, especially when you are ordering the same thing over and over, lol!

Place is decent, a little pricier than subway but quality tends to be better.

Idk what is up with the staff but whenever you order online they look at you like you are an idiot when you tell them you are picking up an order. One of the guys behind the register looked at me like he had never interacted with a person before it was very bizarre lol.

Overall decent, probably won't come here often.

Clean restaurant, bravo! Food is always delicious and well made. Employees can sometimes send out the wrong to go orders. Check before you leave. I love their varieties of warm subs and fresh bread.
