Tim was such a treasure! And the young lady behind the counter was so well put together with beautiful braided hair! I called in my order and drove over from Dahlonega to fill this craving and I’m so grateful to Tim and the other staff for fulfilling right before close with such a Christlike attitude. Thank you both for being a light!

Manager stated that they are short staff and they are moving slower than a snail. I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. There's 10 ppl here waiting for online orders.

We eat at the Dawsonville Firehouse quite often & they ALWAYS have the most delicious food! Every time we eat there, everything is super fresh & the bread, OMG SO fresh & soft like it was made right before we walked in. Their health department score is always 100 (perfection)👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 which tells you that the owner/manager cares about their customers. A perfect 100 is hard to get & is very impressive. The place is really clean & the staff is friendly. Also, when I order a sandwich, I like it a certain way & they always get the specific details right. We will not eat at any of their competitors because, well, when you have the BEST, why go somewhere else! We LOVE the Hook & Ladder as well as the Engineer subs. Soups are GREAT on a cold day. Salads are ALWAYS FRESH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firehouse Subs in Dawsonville as they are CONSISTENTLY AWESOME! GREAT JOB Y'ALL! 👍🏼

The sandwiches are absolutely amazing! 👏
The bread is soft, the meats are piled high and the veggies are fresh and the Italian dressing is the best I've ever had! I will not get sandwiches anywhere else but Firehouse! 12/10 recommend 👌
