10/26 at 7pm me and my husband went thru the drive thru and ordered 8pc family with potatoes, green beans and 1 order of fries. We get all the way home to discover we never got our fries. Getting tired of paying for something and not getting it. Whoever is in charge of making sure an order is right before handing it out needs fired. Not the first time this has happened to me in Dawsonville. We were the only customers there so it's not like they were busy. Will be another 6 months before we eat there again.

Food is great as usual. Never been inside before. What was I thinking? See pictures. No straws or napkins. Almost every table was dirty. Floor is disgusting. I'll stick to drive thru from now on.

I went today with a group of special needs adults (10) . They were understaffed but, kind and fast. The staff gave them the time to order and pay without rushing them. The staff were so kind, the food was great and came out fast! Thank you Dawsonville KFC! We will be back!
We had to ask for the tables to be cleaned . They were unsure which sandwiches had extra pickles. Gave us the wrong size drinks. They apologized for this. Just felt like dine in customers get no attention at all.

Bought 2 large containers of Cole slaw and both were only half full. Ridiculous!! Especially at over $5.00 each. Could fit both containers into 1. Also had to wait for french fries at noon. Not acceptable!!! I will Never go to this KFC again .

As a child, I remember 2x a year my dad splurged and got the Colonel's extra crispy. Later, I discovered original recipe. This location was pleasant and efficient, and the chicken was perfect. Thanks to the crew for reminding me of the rare occasion I used to eat out.

I'd give less if I could. This location is the worst. Been here a few times hoping for the best but it never happens. Placed a mobile order and when I get there for pickup there are two employees and a customer blocking the doorway. Then the lady at the counter says they only have dark meat. Didn't offer any option but to take it so I did. Then she's on her phone... Customers obviously aren't a priority here.
