Gave them a second chance due to them being closer to the house than the one at exit 14 and again I leave missing parts or my order after handing me my bag tied close so I wasn't able to check it with out risking it being open an spilling soup in the car on the way home. Then expected me to drive back to get the rest of my food which is a half hr long trip that I did not plan for instead of comp my order the manager couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. We will not be going back to this location.
Kiki was so amazing she was so polite very quick with coming back and making sure everything was okay our food was great and she even brought me a spoon for my coffee
Lamb Chops are delicious! Hannah is an exceptional server! LongHorns in Dawsonville GA never disappoints!
Stopped in for supper during our travels for a quick meal.
My husband and I decided to split a meal as I was not as hungry as him. We thought this was going to be a quick and easy experience.
We gave our order to our waitress Mika, we told her we were going get the Outlaw Ribeye with 2 sides, a house salad with thousand island dressing and the Brussels sprouts but we wanted to add a bowl of soup to this.
No problem she said. A bit later we were brought out 2……Cesar salads. Once we noticed this we wanted for Mika to come back but after a bit we both decided to just eat them. Once our food was brought out we asked for a second plate from another waitress so we could share as this was stated from the beginning. Finally Mika came back and we told her about the salads and also we still have not received the soup, and asked for it to be removed from the bill. She said no problem.
Once we received the bill she was now charging us for 2 Cesar Salads that we never asked for in the first place, but Mika said we did. I explained again, we asked for 1 meal to split and we asked for a house salad to boot never Cesar. She was not too happy about this but it was removed from the bill.
Point here is Mika needs to learn she was in the wrong and not to argue with a customer who was clearly in the right.

The prices seemed a bit high just looking at the menu, but the portions were large and the food delicious. Worth every penny. I had the chopped steak which was smothered with mushrooms, carmalized onions and a garlic sauce. My friend had Parmesan crusted chicken which she thought was exceptional. Our server was Dominic. He was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. He made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Would like him to be my server next visit.

Nice restaurant in a good location near the outlet mall. We ordered New York Strip, T-bone and Prime Ribs and they are all good.
Getting drinks took 25 minutes…. Getting food took forever….. restaurant wasn’t even busy…. Food was gross too…..

Ordered a renegade sirloin to go. Sirloin was tough and well done (ordered medium), bread hard & dry, potato had so much salt on the skin it wasn’t edible.
We normally like this Longhorn when we eat in, but there takeout had really gone down hill.

We went to Longhorn Steakhouse in Dawsonville tonight and were extremely pleased. Our waitress was Brook, and she was attentive, courteous and prompt. Dave, who provides regional oversight to about 10 or 11 of the Longhorn Restaurants in the area, came over and spoke with us about our experience. He was both affable and informative. Overall the experience was 10 out of 10. We'll be back!
I was having some issues with the App so I went inside to order my take out. Bartender looked at me several times never even said hi, but was ok having a conversation with a table in the bar section 8 feet away over the bar. Another employee walked right by me so close I had to step closer to the bar while I was still standing near the take out register for anyone to come and take my order and shee said nothing to me. Finally a very polite employee came from the back area, walked down to me directly to asked if I had been helped. I told her no and told her how I had been ignored. She apologized & took my order very quickly. I told her I was in spot one but I am not sure how I would check in on the app. She said do not worry "I will bring it out as soon as it comes up". It was quick and she brought it out. She was awesome.

Did a carry out order and Cole provided A1 service.
Honestly things just went from bad to worse.
Our waitress had no business working with customers, she had an attitude problem from the beginning. We went out to celebrate my husband for veterans day. We had 7 people and although some of those people were kids and they put us at a table for 6.. okay no problem if it gets us in and our food quicker. Waitress had RBF, which again okay maybe she's had a rough night.. she immediately proves it's not just a face problem before we are even able to put out drink order in. We finally got bread and drinks, and she came to get our order. At this point I'm on edge because I don't like the way she's treating our table. Something I ordered they happened to be out of, and I do appreciate when she came out and apologized and asked if I wanted something else instead. We wait for our food and it starts coming out in bits and pieces which is kinda hard to explain to kids why one has food and the other doesnt.. finally we all have food.
3 of us ordered steaks and not one person got it the way they ordered, nothing was seasoned well.. worst of all in opinion is my husband's steak was half burned, the broccoli which is his favorite part was cooked so hard it was basically mush and it wasn't seasoned at all. The one thing he had he could eat was the rice. He's really not one to say anything usually he even ordered his steak rare because he'll eat anywhere from rare to medium.. just not well done or burned. He asked if maybe they could get him some new broccoli that was seasoned.. they brought him raw broccoli with melted butter on it.
At this point he had given up trying to have them fix it.. I tried to step in when he was explaining he just wanted broccoli cooked and seasoned.. when the waitress just says we'll that's our broccoli I don't know what you want from us.. the manger came and just argued even more.. my husband was so over it he just told them to completely forget it.
I don't understand how a restaurant can charge us $20 for some half decent rice.. on veterans day to a veteran. And to top it all off she had the nerve to thank him for his service.. as if she didn't just belittle us, talk down to us and argue. If I could I'd give them negative stars.
