The visit to this store was repulsive. Nothing was clean the ice cream inferior and nothing like it once was.Completely disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never return even if I have to drive further to get a really good ice-cream and a clean environment. You know Cold Stone,never disapoints.

The employees tonight were the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered. I stopped by after the outlet and live 45 minutes away. Definitely am coming back just for this spot. 10/10.

The ice cream is super creamy and tastes nice. Not overly sweet, and mixing two or three flavors is fun. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service. I enjoyed the overall experience. The price is just under $8 for two scoops mixed. Plenty of parking in a safe location. My score a 4.4.

We walked in to the Marble Slab in Dawsonville at 8:50pm on Friday evening. The teenage staff were looking at us kind of strangely, but we just kept looking at the flavors of ice cream. Nobody asked to take our order. Finally the young man at the register asked if we were going to be paying with cash. He said because if we were they have already counted the drawer and would not be able to take our payment. I told the young man I could pay with cash or card whichever is easiest for him. After that, one of the young ladies begrudgingly stepped up to the counter and asked what we wanted, but not until she told us that we couldn't order anything that gets mixed in because they have already cleaned the store and they were not going to dirty it again even though it was not yet closing time. Typical teenagers running business is why businesses will go under. Grown ups if you want to keep putting money in your pocket don't let kids determine your hours and how your business is run because it won't be around very long!

Tried ordering a simple cookie milkshake to go. Apparently they can’t make what’s on their menu. The wrong ice cream flavor was used, and no cookies were added. What a joke.?

Homemade ice creams with multiple toppings they can mix in them. They had a good choice of flavors, I tried peanut butter and cheesecake, both had great flavor. I went with cheesecake and heath bar chunks, my girlfriend got the butter pecan caramel chocolate chip. It was actually really good. We just came back from Savannah where we had Ben & Jerry’s as well as Leopold’s ice cream. We both agreed that this little shop was better, fresh waffle cones that are actually crispy unlike Ben & Jerry’s and ice cream with a nice flavor, not barely flavored like Leopold’s. Who ever said they don’t have a lot of flavors must have gone when they had one freezer down. Give it a try, you’ll be glad you did. I live in Dawsonville and only just tried it, wish I would have tried it earlier.

Had great service today. Friendly employee greeting and serving the ice cream. One of the nicest customer service experiences I've had in a while. She should be given a raise as its hard to come by today.

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to great American cookies and whoever made my cake last Saturday for my daughters 4H BB gun team party. They went over and above and it looked amazing.!!!!!Well done ✅

I love ice cream and Marble slab is one of my favorite places to get it! Saturday was the first time I’ve been to this location and it was great! Their ice cream is super creamy and delicious and they have a ton of mix-ins! Great place, great ice cream, and great people!

Says they open at 11 and the times were updated in the past two weeks. Showed up at 11:20 to grab cookies for the girls at work and they were still closed

Ice cream quality can be improved.

Poor service, okay quality. Charged our card twice and we are waiting for confirmation there will be a refund. Quality was okay, but not amazing to live up to the high prices! Way over-priced and small portions.
