My hubby and I had soup and sandwich. The soup was warm, not hot. I also had a bagel and thought it was cold. I would have at least warmed it, I can take a bagel out of my own fridge.

I ordered the whole ceasar salad with chicken. I went to eat the salad it had hardly any chicken in it. I then went to put the dressing on and the containers were not even half full with the dressing(I don’t even like a lot of dressing, but there wasn’t nearly enough). I paid $12.71 for a dry ceasar salad with hardly any chicken. Please do better!

I have reported an extremely disappointing sandwich, inferior strawberry salad, and a defective cinnamon roll. I was promised to either hear from someone or receive compensation. This never happened. Three strikes and you're out!!

It's a Panera. The food is pretty typical - generally American comfort food. I like their coffee and tea and my GF and I have been members of the sip club practically since it debuted. The kiosks need a little work and I'd highly recommend a bell like the good old days of hotel staffing for anytime after 7-ish. That may also reflect the design of this location and/or the minimal approach to staffing in the evenings. I would recommend this location and I expect to renew my annual sip club membership when it comes due.

Most of the tables were dirty, dishes and utensils left on tables, crumbs on tables. Had to wait for someone to come out to clean table before we could sit down. Portions are small for the price. Won’t be back.

The last 2 times I have eaten here I was disappointed in the sandwiches I purchased. Something is always missing. I gave it another shot because I love Panera and once again, I was not satisfied. I was very disappointed. The most recent purchase was the avocado chicken sandwich and just look for yourself….

Very easy to get to and the location provides great customer service. The location is also very clean and offers great WiFi access. I like the fave that there is plenty of parking, and the selection of bagels and pastries is nice. Great coffee options. Definitely a location to visit.

Imagine my surprise when a sherriff approached me saying that they were called to have me removed. I had been quietly minding my own business. It was stated I was being removed because of my dog outside... the one that had been safely leashed at distance from their door and never so much as batted an eye at any of their patrons, much less caused any distress to any individual.
When I approached about a refund for the service I had purchased I was denied. Literally no excuse for this treatment.
