We ordered their sourdough bread at the drive thru to make BLT sandwiches. When we got to the window they offered to slice it. Great service and the best sourdough bread ever. Huge loaf so we froze some for sandwiches later.

My hubby and I had soup and sandwich. The soup was warm, not hot. I also had a bagel and thought it was cold. I would have at least warmed it, I can take a bagel out of my own fridge.

I ordered the whole ceasar salad with chicken. I went to eat the salad it had hardly any chicken in it. I then went to put the dressing on and the containers were not even half full with the dressing(I don’t even like a lot of dressing, but there wasn’t nearly enough). I paid $12.71 for a dry ceasar salad with hardly any chicken. Please do better!

I have reported an extremely disappointing sandwich, inferior strawberry salad, and a defective cinnamon roll. I was promised to either hear from someone or receive compensation. This never happened. Three strikes and you're out!!

It's a Panera. The food is pretty typical - generally American comfort food. I like their coffee and tea and my GF and I have been members of the sip club practically since it debuted. The kiosks need a little work and I'd highly recommend a bell like the good old days of hotel staffing for anytime after 7-ish. That may also reflect the design of this location and/or the minimal approach to staffing in the evenings. I would recommend this location and I expect to renew my annual sip club membership when it comes due.
