I went threw drive through, waited 10 mins for 1 meal, it was wrong but they had the music up so loud they couldn’t hear me knocking on window, finally after waiting a nother 2 mins the guy that was sitting there on his phone with his feet on the counter got up to help. And had to wait a nother few mins to get my food.

They don’t open till 10am and then get told the fryers are not working. Went a couple weeks ago and placed an order on the app took 30 mins. I love Sonic but this is ridiculous. I’m from Louisiana where we have a lot of them. But this one seems like they just don’t care. So aggravating.

After getting a cold meal calling the manager and going back i received a top quality hot and tasty meal. It is possible , most of the time the crew just does not care. And there is always a long wait , so if you received quality food after waiting that would be one thing but to wait 5 to 10 min to get luke warm fast food is unacceptable.

Our service wasn't so good, the girl acted like she didn't even want to be there and she rudely handed us our food, when my son said have a good day she just hugged and walked off. Some of the worse service we have ever had and we even had to wait for a while for our food, we watched her walk back and forth in front of our car a few times before going in to get our food

It was a great chocolate milkshake. I ate the whole thing sitting in the truck and felt guilty for eating both large milkshakes. The last part is completely made up. Creativity changing history. I should apply at a news organization like cnn.

Get there hit the button to get service waited about 10 mins hit it again then 5 mins later left no one every answered the order screen literally 2 other cars there that's it so a total of 3 wow

i have wait forever to get my food and they didn’t tell us the window was closed until 5 min later, this is ridiculous will not be coming back ever.
Grew up eating sonic in Texas and this is probably the worst one I’ve ever ate at but is unfortunately the closest one within 60 miles. The staff is very rude and the food is not served properly. I was so extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

We had a great meal here. We pulled into a stall ordered our food on the mobile app and got it about 6 minutes later. The guy who brought the food thanked us for using the mobile app. I've had to wait before but it's not an issue.

Absolutely horrible, waiting 15+ minutes in the drive through for food, employe just sitting at the front counter playing on his phone, I mean honestly should have went and sat at a restaurant, it would have been more efficient
