I had been thrilled when they began to offer BB's bagels. I got a few that were really, really, really good. However, this last visit the bagel suddenly shrunk in size. It's no where near the size of a BB's bagel and for the price of 8 bucks!? Crazy disappointing. Look at it against the size of the 4oz cream cheese container.

If I could leave a negative star I would….went to pick up for a customer. Took me 10-15 mins to get to the human bean from where I was at. Asked about the order. Said will be out shortly. Another order was taken at the window after I showed up to pick up. Still no order ready for customer. Several orders taken at drive through and made immediately upon request. Waited another 15 mins after I got there before finally getting the order tossed at me through the window with no words spoken whatsoever followed by the slamming of the window. Completely unprofessional. Will not be stopping by there any time soon

Hot salted Caramel Mocha! Pumpkin 🍞 and Bacon,Cheddar Cheese 🥐 who could resist.. The Dawsonville location is always good. The girls always have a positive and upbeat attitude. Love starting a day with positive energy!! Oh and delicious Hot Coffee 😊

Great staff and very tasty drinks and breakfast sandwiches, and their sweet treats are so yummy.
We went there for the first time ordered the medium butter pecan cold brew and a shaken iced pumpkin. I was highly disappointed. The pecan was literally watered down coffee with whip cream on top had no flavor and the coffee was so weak. The pumpkin was basic just syrup you couldn't even drink it. I'm not even gonna complain how their mediums and actual just smalls if hated to see what their small sizes look like. Unfortunately this is my first and last time trying the human bean.
