very good food and service. our waiter daniel was great with chef Danny the star of the night really showed out for us. Will definitely be back and recommend this hibatchi place.
The food was okay and the service wasn't great. the waitress that we got payed not a lot of attention to us and was pretty dry tbh, she didnt refil our water either and then on our bill it was automatically a 20 percent tip when honestly it wasn't the best service. I wish it was better because I saw all these good reviews but they kinda flopped with this one :/
I’ve visited this establishment multiple times before and have never had an issue, which is why tonight’s experience was so disappointing.
I made it very clear to my server that I have a serious allergy when placing my order. Unfortunately, that information was not communicated to the chef, which created a potentially dangerous situation for me. As a result, I had to leave my meal , pay for it, and exit immediately out of concern for my health.

Volcano Steak & Sushi provides a great experience with delicious food and great service. The restaurant is beautiful, with a chill, clean, and amazing ambience perfect for a date night, anniversary, birthday celebration, or even a solo visit. The atmosphere is enhanced by features like robots and very large TV screens.
The food is consistently excellent. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated, with specific rolls like the dragon roll noted as amazing and made perfectly. The steak is cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Combos are delicious, and even the soup and salad are very good, considered better than the competition. Appetizers, including a delicious mussel treat, are pushed out at a good rate.
Service is generally very good, attentive without hovering, with courteous and happy staff. The food comes out hot and fast with not too much wait time, even when the restaurant is insanely packed. While wait times can occur during peak hours, the staff works diligently to seat guests. Overall, the hospitality matches the setting, making it a spot that does both steak and sushi right. It is highly recommended for quality, flavor, and consistency.
