I work in the field of reviews, and typically I never leave a negative one because I realize the impact it can have on a business. That being said, my past 2-3 experiences coming to this zaxbys have not been good. I have tried to let it go, clearly I kept going back. Except this past experience wasn’t ideal. The customer service is lacking when taking your order.. they talk to you like you’re annoying. They gave the car in front of me the wrong drinks, and when it got to me they did the same thing to me. Not a big deal… could easily be fixed. My problem was the guy inside making the drinks cussing up a storm & yelling at the girls in there saying some really out of pocket stuff. The girl had just told him he messed up drinks AGAIN. He cussed at her… made my drinks… and they were still wrong. I just said sweet tea, and he just gave us unsweetened. It wasn’t that girl working the windows fault. You never know what type of day someone is having, but there is no excuse to cuss at people you work along side when you clearly didn’t do your job right. Do better.

I really miss the Zaxby’s I used to know. Over the years, it feels like the quality has taken a sharp decline. The food just isn't the same anymore. The chicken lacks the crispy texture it once had and is now often served lukewarm at best. At the very least, I think it’s fair to expect a hot meal when I’m paying for it.
Honestly, I’ve had better chicken tenders from high school cafeterias.
The bold, crave-worthy flavors that used to define Zaxby’s are now nowhere to be found. Please come back!

Got the completely wrong order, and the drinks they gave us even had a whole in the cup so it leaked all over my wife.

Food was ok but not at all what i ordered. Service was slow and most of the workers were standing around. Tables were also pretty dirty. Should have read the reviews before eating here.

The signature sandwich was okay but the house salad had chicken with chewy parts that had to be removed by hand from each piece before my wife could eat it.

Hit or miss, if there busy the food is hot, if it's not busy food is cold. Cold fries, dry chicken, and hard toast.

Spent $15 on a meal and received these tiny boneless wings. Not worth the money!

This was my second visit, and it was just as bad as the first. I ordered the Torch with no sauce, add bacon and cheese. What I received was a sandwich with nothing more than crumbs of bacon (see photo). When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they laughed, played around, and showed no concern at all. Only after I said I would contact corporate did they bring me “more bacon” — again, just crumbs — while still charging me for it.
On top of that, the fries were undercooked, and the employees were far more interested in goofing off with each other than doing their jobs. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic service is unacceptable.
Went back for a refill and they all just stood around and talked among them selves and other customers where getting upset. Horrible.

What was supposed to be a 10 traditional wing all flat order ended up with two flats went in to get it corrected they gave me 5 and 5 to again what was supposed to be an all flats order as well as gave what was taken out of my order and then seemingly put into another order

There was a bug in my girlfriend salad alive just crawling around lid wasn’t even opened yet. Never had that happen before but not acceptable and disgusting for a place that does so much business. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want extra protein 🤢

Upon arriving, the drive-thru intercom was not working, already not a good sign. Placed a quick mobile order and at the window was told to pull up. After about 30min and watching 10+ cars go around me, I went inside. Half of my order was down on the end of the counter unattended. She handed it to me and I asked for the other half...she just looked at me lost. I had to go over the receipt with her and proceeded to wait 20+ more minutes on the other half. One hour spent here is insane. Won't be back to this one! Called corporate and they did not seem to care either.
