What was supposed to be a 10 traditional wing all flat order ended up with two flats went in to get it corrected they gave me 5 and 5 to again what was supposed to be an all flats order as well as gave what was taken out of my order and then seemingly put into another order

There was a bug in my girlfriend salad alive just crawling around lid wasn’t even opened yet. Never had that happen before but not acceptable and disgusting for a place that does so much business. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want extra protein 🤢

Upon arriving, the drive-thru intercom was not working, already not a good sign. Placed a quick mobile order and at the window was told to pull up. After about 30min and watching 10+ cars go around me, I went inside. Half of my order was down on the end of the counter unattended. She handed it to me and I asked for the other half...she just looked at me lost. I had to go over the receipt with her and proceeded to wait 20+ more minutes on the other half. One hour spent here is insane. Won't be back to this one! Called corporate and they did not seem to care either.

This location is consistently disappointing. The lettuce in the salads is hit or miss, and they skimp on ingredients. I get a quarter of the chicken in my salad that I would at any other location. The one in Dahlonega is much better.

Zaxby's is usually great. Love it. This one was horrible. Got my usual. Wings and things, tongue torch. Barely any sauce on the wings. They were dry, but you could see sauce was on them wt some point. Wings were oily tasting, looked like they had been fried twice. Bread was stale. Just awful food. Didnt eat most of it. Taste was just bad. Waste of money

consistently the worst zaxby’s i have ever been to. every single time the order is wrong and missing multiple items. i genuinely can’t remember the last time i ate at this location and got what i paid for.

Food is always good. Restaurant was clean. Their Customer service is in the toilet. A most unfriendly experience. The manager did step in with a smile

They didn’t even season our fries lol. Ya know, one of the only things Zaxbys is known for. Just go to the one in Dahlonega

drive to the cleveland zaxbys for real. this zaxbys ain’t it. the food here is mid and they aint know how to get your order right. 10/10 would not and will not be goin again. 👎🏻

is really BAD service, they don’t have drink machine, they did put sticker to the boxes, so i don’t know if is wimpy or nuclear… and the manager get mad when i ask her to tell me what is the nuclear meal…. They're going from worse to worse, i don’t like come back never again
