The staff was helpful...kinda. No splenda (or any other sweetener) for the unsweet tea. The food was good. THE PLACE WAS FILTHY. Everything was gross. Drink station counter covered in syrup. Dome for the desserts has never met a rag with water. Glass was filthy. Air vents caked with dust. The place is never cleaned. Won't go back or get takeout.
Although I got my pizza, i watched about 30 or 40 people walk out with nothing. You need to hire some more people. Three employees on a Friday night is crazy. The staff that was there were doing their best but they were set up for failure.
Always looking for vegan pizza options, I was delighted to discover Blaze. They were patient and kind when answering my questions in the order line, and the food itself was as great as it was fast. The dining spaces, both inside and out, were in desperate need of cleaning, though. I’ll definitely be back, but perhaps just for takeout.
