Avoid this location at all costs! They always take forever, get something wrong and are rude! Today was the worst experience. I ordered on the BK app and when Inarrived they told me they weren’t able to make any burgers! Instead of making it right by allowing me to substitute, or give me a refund on the spot! Do not come to this burger king I don’t care if you’re starving!!! These people are so unprofessional it is ridiculous. I ordered my food at 3:10. I did not get my food till 341. I used my rewards to redeem some food. They told me that I I had to purchase something. I let them know. I’ve been using this points for years and have never had to purchase something with redeeming a double cheeseburger. Such a good atmosphere! Mr. Clark was so on top of things! My favorite location. I go out of my way to hit this spot.Edit- We had the candied bacon whopper with the cheesy tots for the first time, and it is honestly the best burger I've had (upscale restaurants included.) In ever. That was amazing. And I can't believe I got it at a frigging burger King of all places. What....? That was so good. Would order in place of any other sandwich.
