My brother purchased a strawberry cake for our mom's birthday from a location near his home. Unfortunately, the strawberries must have been bad because the cake didn't taste right, and my mom wasn't able to enjoy her birthday cake.
When my mom explained the situation to Alex, he was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely apologetic. He told her he was so sorry she didn't get the chance to enjoy her birthday cake. Although the original cake wasn't from his store, Alex still went above and beyond to make things right. He explained that if it had been purchased from his location, he would have refunded the money and replaced the cake. He also suggested that my brother contact the original store for a refund.
Most importantly, Alex didn't stop there he gave my mom a fresh cake of her choice so she could finally celebrate with a delicious dessert. That level of kindness and customer care is rare these days.

“I really appreciate the kindness of the people who run this venue - it shows in their gorgeous desserts how much they care. Service here is what makes this place stand out, as the employees were very sincere and happy to provide recommendations, describe the available dessert options, and more.

I would highly recommend the Strawberry Crepe Cake, which was also recommended by someone working here! The dessert is beautifully light, and the sweetness level perfectly complements the strawberries in between the layers. The crepes are nicely thin, and the overall structural integrity of their crepe cakes is fantastic. We also tried their Red Velvet Cupcake, Red Velvet Crepe Cake (which looks absolutely gorgeous), Strawberry Shortcake (also looks particularly beautiful), and Dulce de Leche Crepe Cake.

“I needed a last-minute cake, something special, and most bakeries close early. So I headed over to the Queen of Sheba, which google maps promised would have cakes until 8. But they didn't have the flavor requested! Disaster. A customer said tiramisu was a house specialty, and the young lady behind the counter agreed that it was her favorite. Even though tiramisu is a gamble with a new crowd, I went for it. It was one of the most delicious, perfect cakes I've ever had. That any of us had ever had. It's what all other tiramisu wishes it could be. Good price, too. I 100% will get my next cake there.“

“When I tell you Sean the owner was so nice. I placed an order on Uber eats but called before to get specific kind of cupcake. They made a mistake but when I called Sean he said just come up here we will replace them for free. When I came and the lady there was so nice and professional. When I tell you their cupcakes is so moist and dense not light. I have places 4 orders there and when I tell you I keep them in my car because how much I paid and how good they are I’m not sharing with anyone.
