Very quiet and easy to open up my laptop and work for a few hours while I enjoy my favorite coffee in the world. Mostly friendly staff and very accommodating as well. Drive thru is kinda tight to get through but manageable. Usually consistent with a few customers ordering but never crowded

We’ve been a constant client for many years and this location is very clean and convenient but today did a mobile pick up by the drive thru and asked for a cup of ice water and they charged $.54 cents for it, it’s been years (10+) since the last time I remember someone charged for a cup of water here in the US, when I got to the window I got my coffee and when the guy hand me the the water I wanted to confirm and asked if he was gonna charge me for the water and he confirmed....

I placed a mobile order and accidentally got a hot coffee instead of iced. I politely asked if they could pour it over ice, and instead they remade my whole drink to the one I originally wanted. Super quick too! 10/10 service!!!
